"My daughter, you are the storm."
As my eyes fluttered open, the expansive bright light receded from my view as I saw the Lumina's face once again. The view before me was a familiar one. It looked nearly the same as when I had closed my eyes for the first time. Except I saw her foot was shifted towards me in and her back was arched in a lunging motion.
'So she was planning to attack me… even after I saved it her. But why is she moving so slow?'
While at first it appeared to me that nothing changed, I quickly noticed that the motion of her attack was ridiculously slow. Such a pace made no sense to me, but I brushed off the confusion and took a swift step to the right, which avoided her strike.
