My alarm went off, and I immediately woke up and checked my laptop.

Immediately, I felt like. my entire body was being stabbed by needles. I fell out of bed and began rolling around on the floor, trying to ease the pain. After ten minutes, the pain finally subsided, so I decided to check my laptop again.

I didn't care about my other stats that much, maybe luck, but my charm stat being the lowest was so infuriating to me. I knew this the best. In my past life, my looks were average, however, every girl in the school completely ignored me and opted for better-looking dudes. Though people may say, personality triumphs overlooks, it's obvious they're lying as your looks make the first and most important impression on people. Anyway, after ranting my feelings in my head I decided to exhaust my anger by training, so I headed to the training hall

Heading into the massive training hall, I could see exactly why cadets from the cube were so strong. Fuck, with this equipment, anyone could become a monster. And I had it all to myself as it was around 4 AM. Then, the sound of a gun being fired snapped me out of my daydream.

'Fuck Hajins here too, I'm staying as far away as I can'

Slowly walking away from the target practice area, I could also see another person training, though, I couldn't make out their face. Ignoring them, I walked to a corner with my katana in its sheath and slowly took it out. Then I put the katana back in and unsheathed it once more. Repeating this over and over again

"Holy shit, it's been three hours yet I can't even begin to perform the first act"

The Keike style is the style of perfection, repeating the same act over and over again until you reach perfection. When you manage to repeat the same act perfectly with no margin of error, you have mastered that act. The first movement of the Keike style is "quick flash." It is a one-dimensional slash that hits forward with a speed impossible to see with the naked eye.

Without breaks, I repeated the same action of taking out my sword with impeccable speed and then sheathing it. According to the book, I would have to repeat this action about 100,000 times before completing the first movement or achieving the minor realm of mastery.

After three hours, I had done about 3000 swings, so I would need to train for 97 hours or 17 days with 6 hours of training each day. Due to my training being done in the corner, no one gave me any weird stares, so I was happy. After washing up in the gym, I headed to class and arrived at 8. I headed into the class with my wired earbuds on, slumped down on my chair, and zoned out for thirty minutes.

Three girls gathered on the right side of the class, talking amongst each other.

"Olivia, do you know that guy? Why do you keep staring at him," the girl with black eyes and black eyes asked.

"No no, I was just looking around," the girl with green eyes responded.

'Is that the guy who I yelled at earlier? No, that has to be him. His golden eyes are the same' Olivia thought.

After class ended, I immediately hurried to the training hall to continue perfecting the style as surely no one would want to train right after class. Entering the hall, I saw one person training alone.

'Fucking maniac, that Kim Suho guy has to be a masochist, he's training for no reason. He's already the strongest'

Knowing, I would draw attention to myself if I sheathed and unsheathed my sword for three hours again, I headed out of the hall and into the forest. After finding an isolated spot in the forest, I repeated the act for 3 more hours. Then I saw it. Wind elementals gathering all around my sword after before I unsheathe it. I slumped down against a tree.

"I did it, I really did it, I used the wind elementals. The first sign that you are mastering quick flash."

To perform a quick flash, one must first put their hand on their sword while it's still in the sheath and accumulate wind elementals around the sword. After enough elementals are gathered around, within a split second, you unsheathe and then resheathe your sword. The combination of the insane speed of your action of unsheathing and sheathing and wind elementals allows for the slash to be so fast and so powerful. After 6000 repeats, I had completed the first step to completing the first movement of the style. Wow, that sounds really depressing.

I checked the time, 8 PM, and headed back to the dorms to freshen up. After showering, I genuinely decided to think about my position in this world.

"Until now, I have been completely ignoring the plot of this world as it should stay the same as long as I don't interfere. Now, I have to decide whether to continue ignoring the plot along with the main characters or form a relationship with the characters"

If I were to continue acting like a useless extra, the story would not change at all and I would essentially be able to live peacefully by avoiding all the main events. However, my presence in the class could already be changing the plot inadvertently. Even if I were to try my absolute hardest to stay away from the plot, the story would still change somehow due to my presence. For now, the best course of action would be to act like I did in my previous life. Don't talk to anyone and be a loner. A simple conversation between myself and another extra could somehow change the plot. Even if the plot were to change, hopefully, it would be minimal.

After deciding on that plan, I put in my earbuds and tried to drift off to sleep. The stress of the future changing even a bit kept clinging to my mind, so after about an hour of rolling around in bed, I decided my time would be better used to train my speed in the training hall. After all, I can't use the treadmill in my room at night time as the noise would surely make my neighbors complain. Changing into some workout clothes provided by the school, I headed to the training hall.

The training hall, as expected, was empty. After all, which crazy person would train into the deep hours of the night during the first week of school? Putting my earbuds into my ears, I headed to the treadmill and immediately made the speed 75 km/hr and ran.

'OOOh, this song is fire'

On the other side of the training hall, Olivia quietly observes the ugly man.

'HOW THE HELL IS HE RUNNING SO FAST???? THAT'S PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE. you know what, I could probably run faster

Ren, who is so locked in, does not notice Olivia get onto the treadmill next to him and turn the speed to 110 km/hr which is 5 faster than Ren.

'Ha, I'll show him who's the fastest. As a sharpshooter, I should be way faster than him'

'Alright, that's enough, I can barely walk anymore. Wait, who the hell is next to me'

I observed the girl next to me and realized it was her, the person made me realize I might be ugly. She then looked me directly in the face and smiled. After she proceeded to put her right foot on the treadmill, but then she instantly flew back straight into the wall.

'NO FUCKING WAY, BAHAHA'

My laughter leaked out of my mouth which was being covered by my hand.

*HAHAHA*

The neighbor's face instantly became blood-red as she got up.

"T-the h-hell is fu-funny?" 

"You, who else, you were so confident but within a second, it was all gone"

"Sh-shut up"

I got up and headed to the freezer located in the gym.

"Here's some ice. Use it"

"I-i don't ne-need y-your ch-charity"

I put the ice on her head and then turned around without seeing her reaction. I headed to the showers with a big smirk on my face

'that has to be the funniest shit I've seen since my arrival.'

Without knowing it, I had smiled for the first time since arriving in this unknown world. After freshening up, I headed back to my dorm and laid down, feeling a bit more at peace. Remembering the funny series of actions in the gym, I laughed again before realizing

'Wait, didn't I say, I wouldn't talk to anymore because it could cause a butterfly effect that could massively impact the future.'

*Sigh*

"I'm really fucked, aren't I"

To change the plot as little as possible, I decided to write down the entire plot line up until the monster king arc. After reading this book at least four times, I had all the major and minor events memorized in my head. I then decided to write a task list to ensure that I didn't change the plot as much as possible

- Take aether from Kim Hajin. Sure, it would change the plot but I want it so too bad.

- Avoid talking with anyone. If necessary, communicate with characters who do not appear in the novel

- DO NOT draw attention from people or show any sort of power

- Take revenge after the main storyline. ( Guy who shushed me, Hajin, main cast, guy who sent me here, neighbor) 

She was pretty funny, so I moved her name to the bottom. After deciding on those tasks, I opened up my old laptop to see if I had any cool cheats. Looking over the apps on the laptop, I saw Google, which I would use to search for answers on tests, and some other useless apps like social media and messages. (I have no one to message) Going to the second page of apps, I saw one that caught my attention as I had no idea what it was.

Deciding to ignore the app for now, I shut down my computer and placed it into my backpack and headed to sleep.
