The Night Wolf : A Teen Wolf Fanfic

After a twist of fate lands him in the world of Teen Wolf, Jasper Nyx awakens with new abilities and a second chance at life. Watch as he navigates his new identity and the complexities of this supernatural world. --------------- I wanted to try something where the mc could just be just one of the charectors and have the readers believe that I could happen as such. And not simply powerup the mc with over the top wishes and unrealistic flow. So I tried to make the story as close to the canon as I could while still trying to show the 'butterfly affect' of his actions. --------------- I do not own any charectors from Teen Wolf except my OC.

The New Rhythm

The evening air was crisp and vibrant as Jasper pulled up to Allison's house, his heart racing with anticipation. He glanced at the clock on the dashboard — just a few minutes past seven. Taking a deep breath, he ran a hand through his hair, mentally preparing himself for the night ahead.

As he waited, thoughts of their earlier conversations swirled in his mind, the playful banter feeling natural and effortless. The sound of heels clicking against the pavement broke his thoughts, and he turned to see Allison stepping out of her house, her presence illuminating the evening. She wore a sleek black dress that hugged her figure just right, her hair cascading in soft waves around her shoulders. He quickly stepped out of the car to meet her.

"Wow, you look stunning!" Jasper exclaimed, unable to hide his admiration.

Allison smiled, a slight blush creeping up her cheeks. "Thanks! You don't look too bad yourself."

Jasper felt a flutter of nerves in his stomach. "Is your dad going to be home?" he asked, glancing at her.

"Yeah, but don't worry. He's cool. Just… be yourself," Allison reassured him, her tone playful. "He can be a little intimidating, though."

Jasper nodded, taking a deep breath as he walked up to the front door. He rang the doorbell, and almost immediately, the door swung open to reveal Christopher Argent, standing tall and composed, his gaze sharp and assessing.

"Good evening, Mr. Argent," Jasper said, extending his hand for a handshake. "I'm Jasper. It's nice to meet you."

Christopher shook his hand firmly, his expression unreadable. "Nice to meet you, Jasper. So, you're the one taking my daughter out tonight?"

"Yes, sir. I hope that's okay," Jasper replied, trying to maintain his composure. "I promise to take good care of her."

Christopher studied him for a moment, the silence stretching between them. "That's what I like to hear. Just remember, I'm always watching."

"Got it," Jasper said, feeling a rush of adrenaline at the protective undertone in Christopher's voice. "I'll make sure she gets home safe."

"Good. Just know that I have a very particular set of skills when it comes to hunting," Christopher said, a hint of a smile playing on his lips. "If you cross any lines, you'll find out just how serious I can be."

Jasper swallowed hard, realizing just how serious the Argent family could be. "Understood, sir. I'll keep that in mind."

Christopher nodded, stepping aside to let them in. "Just don't keep her out too late. She has school in the morning."

"Of course," Jasper replied, trying to suppress a grin. After the quick talk with Mr. Argent, jasper quickly got back to his car where Allison was standing. he quickly opened the passenger door with a flourish. "Your chariot awaits, milady."

With a laugh, she climbed in, and they drove off toward Lydia's house, the excitement of the night buzzing in the air. They shared stories and laughter along the way, the kind of lighthearted conversation that flowed easily between them.

They quicky reached Lydia's house.

As they entered, Allison led him to the living room, where Lydia was already setting up for the party. She looked up with a teasing smirk as they walked in.

"Well, well, look who finally decided to show up!" Lydia exclaimed, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "And looking cute together, I see!"

Jasper rolled his eyes but couldn't help but smile. "Thanks, Lydia. We're just here to enjoy the party."

"Uh-huh. Just remember, if you two start making out on my dance floor, I'm turning off the music," Lydia warned, her grin widening.

"Thanks for the warning," Jasper said, chuckling as he glanced at Allison, who was playfully blushing.

With the atmosphere lively and filled with anticipation, they made their way toward the party. As the music pulsed through the house, Jasper felt the weight of the night ahead lift off his shoulders, replaced by excitement.

After a while, Lydia called out, "Okay, everyone! Time to get this party started!"

The living room filled with laughter and chatter as they mingled with friends. The energy was infectious, and Jasper felt more relaxed as he danced and enjoyed the night.

The music shifted to a slower tempo, and Jasper felt a pull to take Allison's hand. "Would you like to dance?"

"Absolutely," she replied, a hint of excitement in her eyes.

They moved to the center of the room, surrounded by friends and other couples. Jasper held her waist gently as they swayed to the rhythm of the music. As they danced, the world around them faded, leaving just the two of them. He could feel her warmth against him, her laughter mixing with the music, and he couldn't help but smile.

"You know," he said, leaning closer, "I've never really been much of a dancer."

Allison tilted her head, a playful glint in her eye. "Really? Because you're doing pretty well for someone who claims that."

"Maybe it's the company," he replied, his gaze locked onto hers, feeling the connection deepening between them.

Their laughter faded into a comfortable silence, and Jasper could feel the tension building in the air. The song shifted again, and in that moment, he leaned in closer, brushing his lips against hers. The kiss was soft and tentative at first, but as Allison responded, it deepened, and everything around them disappeared.

Time seemed to freeze as they kissed in the center of the dance floor, their surroundings fading into a blur of lights and music. When they finally pulled away, both breathless, Jasper couldn't help but grin at the happiness in Allison's eyes.

"Wow," she breathed, her cheeks flushed. "I didn't see that coming."

"Neither did I," Jasper admitted, feeling a mix of exhilaration and disbelief. "But I'm really glad it happened."

As they stepped back into the rhythm of the party, Lydia caught their eye and made a dramatic gasp, clapping her hands. "You two are officially the cutest couple here! I'm just saying, if you get too cute, I'm putting a stop to this!"

Jasper and Allison laughed, their earlier moment of intimacy giving way to the lighthearted atmosphere of the party. With their spirits high and the night still young, Jasper felt a sense of warmth in his chest, knowing that this was just the beginning of something beautiful.
