Chapter 13

"Alright that's it," Inosuke jumped at Isa and tackled her to the ground.

"Inosuke," Zenitsu replied in shock as Isa fought to get up out of Inosuke's grasp and wound up bursting into laughter.

"Too weak to fight back, huh," Inosuke yelled. "Why are you laughing?"

"I- I c-can't h-help it," Isa managed to spit out as she pushed Inosuke off and pinned him down and stopped laughing. "Got you now."

"Not bad, you are pretty strong," Inosuke replied.

"Thanks," Isa laughed. "I know I am."

"But not strong enough to…" Inosuke tried to push Isa off of him.

"Don't even try," Isa interrupted, tightening up her arms so Inosuke couldn't move.

"Oh, I'm going to," Inosuke snapped as he moved his leg and slammed his ankle into hers, causing Isa to loosen up a bit in pain. Then Inosuke tried to push her off again but failed as Isa quickly tightened up, ignoring the pain. "How are you so strong?"

"I'm half demon, and I guess the first demon I fought had strength as a power," Isa remarked.

"Umm, should we stop this," Zenitsu looked at Tanjiro with worry.

"Not yet," Tanjiro replied, looking at them both with interest. "They are not hurting each other."

"Oh, well then," Inosuke then used all his force and slammed his leg into her ankle and quickly shoved her off of him with his legs and then pinned her to the ground again. "Try again."

"Gladly," Isa chuckled realizing he was testing to see how strong she actually was, because he tightened up as much as he could. Isa put both of her hands on Inosuke's chest and shoved as hard as she could and Inosuke flew off of her, landing six feet away on his hands and knees and sat in shock for a couple of seconds.

"Inosuke are you..?" Zenitsu tried to ask but Inosuke got back up and pinned Isa down again.

"Now your legs," Inosuke yelled, tightening up as much as he could again.

"If you say so," Isa replied, bringing her legs up to kick him in the stomach. She then kicked as hard as she could and sent him flying and he landed nine feet away landing on his butt. He sat in shock again for a couple of seconds unable to breathe and then looked at Isa, and then looked at Tanjiro and Zenitsu still unable to breathe.

"You ok Inosuke," Isa got up and walked over to Inosuke. "I kicked you pretty hard in the stomach, you're out of breath, sorry about that."

"I brought this upon myself," Inosuke said, out of breath. "I told you to kick me."

"That you did," Isa laughed.

"Inosuke, you're stupid," Zenitsu laughed.

"Don't test me, Zenitsu," Inosuke replied, recovering his breathing slowly.

"I'll fight him for you if you want me to," Isa smirked at Zenitsu and smiled.

"No, I'm good, please don't," Zenitsu cried.
