Purgatory

"Come to me my daughter and rise from the ashes"

"Mother is that you," said Luna while crying.

"Where am I? How did I get here?" said Luna.

After she wipes her tiers she looks around and sees a dark void when she sees that she realizes that she's no longer in her world.

"long story short you're dead, this is purgatory, the circumstances that lead you here lets you be reborn it's not going to be easy it will take you a while to do so," said the mysterious shadow.

"Can you come with me, mom? I need you I've always needed you"

"I'm not your mother quite the opposite actually I am the entity that rules purgatory," said the shadow as its voice starts to distort and deteriorate.

"Who are you? and why did you mimic my mother?" said Luna scared to say another word.

"I am Koach ruler of purgatory a place of suffering for the souls of sinners where they pay for their sins before moving on to a better or worse place you, on the other hand, are here to be reborn. Get out of my sight before I decide to keep you here and torture you for eternity," said the black shadowy figure.

He created a door from blue fire taking Luna to the middle of a forest. Luna petrified thinking that she might not get back home feels a loving warmth and hears a voice telling her to keep moving forward. That warmth suddenly became nostalgic as she remembered her parents once again with a tear going down her face she said to her self with confidence:

"I can do this!"

Luna runs into the forest. As she's getting close to the Labrinth of reincarnation she sees a small wooden cabin.

"This is kinda weird," she said to herself.

She hears footsteps and sees a bright light coming to the cabin.

"It's getting dark I don't think it's such a bad idea to go in there," Luna thinks to herself.

When she goes inside she sees a fragile old man cocking what seems to be a strange-looking stew.

"It's dangerous to be out at night in a place like this sit down ill serve you a bowl of my special unicorn stew," said the old man

Luna hesitating goes in as she feels like she has no other choice but to stay there for the night. In the morning right as luna wakes up she hears what seems like a tree going down when Luna looks out the window she sees a ball of weird yellow energy coming out of the old man's staff.

After seeing that Luna realizes that he can teach her. She goes up to him and kindly asked is he could teach her how to control her ability and use it to get back home. The old man questioning Luna's motives he gives her a challenge.

"I will do what you ask if you successfully tame the griffin beast that has been terrorizing the nearby villages," said the old man.

"How can a 16-year-old girl that has no experience whatsoever tame a beast that as you just told me is terrorizing an entire village," said Luna.

"Your both demon and angel one of the strongest beings that exist you can figure it out," said the old man.

"Where does this thing even live? And how am I going to get there?" said Luna.

"Well, that's the tricky part you see it lives on top of that hill," he said while pointing to the tallest hill near the forest with what seems to have no path and no way up.

"Me getting up there is impossible so how do you want me to tame this thing?" said Luna.

"Nothing is impossible my child you just have to find the proper motivation. Now lest go up to that smaller mountain and ill teach you something that you can use to get up there" said the old man.

"Why am I not trusting you right now?" Said Luna.

"You should trust me I may just be your next teacher," said the old man.

"Do you even have a name old man?" said Luna.

"I am one that does not need a name me teaching you is going to be the last you see of me remember I'm not alive like you are"

"It'll still be nice to call you something other than the old man right," said Luna.

They both go up a small mountain where the old man plans to teach Luna how to get up the tall mounting where the griffin lives.

"I guess you make a good point someday you'll know my name," said the old man.

"Here ill teach you how to fly," said the old man with a sinister grin on his face.

"How will you do that exactly?" said Luna.

"Just stand in the edge and you'll see," said the old man before pushing Luna off the edge.
