(I edited this on phone, it will not have the best grammar.)
I woke up snuggled inside of vels arms, and I stretched and most of my feet bones popped.
I had the best stretch known to mankind and I was waking up to my wife next to me, I was living at the peak of human life.
I pulled out the book of magic and began researching magic about teleportation, and the book explained clearly what I couldn't understand from vel.
for me to teleport to someplace, I just needed to visualize it, but other people will need the coordinates for the place.
when I found this out I immediately began to test out how to do this, with semi-difficulty.
after I got the hang of it I teleported to the royal Treasury and stole the chainsaw and some other stuff there.
mainly a brush for my hair, earrings that I was going to give to Nero, a bracelet for Conleth, and a necklace for vel.
other than that there wasn't anything noteworthy, the weapons sucked, the jewelry we're garbage, hell even the mirrors sucked.
the mirror only showed me being embraced by my mother and vel cooking barbeque at our house.
however, there was something that caught my attention. a small little pair of cuffs that was hidden behind a painting.
when I put it on I immediately felt my mana get sealed, so I assumed this was a power dampener.
I used vector manipulation and unlocked it and attached it to my hip and put the book of magic in my dimensional gate.
dimensional gate: a place where you could store items indefinitely without the worry of them spoiling. you can store anything here. weapons, gold, medicine, or anything nonliving.
I teleported back to the hotel only to see vel sitting on the couch and tapping her foot.
"where have you been," she asked with a threatening tone.
"I was out getting you some precious jewelry," I said pulling out the necklace with an innocent poker face.
"Nice try, flattery won't work on me. we're did you go," vel asked again.
"Okay I may or may not have been curious about the chainsaw and raised the Treasury again," I said as I knocked on the side of my head.
"do you not know the consequences of raiding the Treasury," vel yelled.
"they try and execute me, yeah I know," I said with a shrug.
"no, they whip you in the middle of the square, while people watch and then they execute you," vel said as she looked like she was getting a headache.
"I have many tricks up my sleeve, literally," I said as I showed her the pepper I kept in there in case of ambushes.
"what's that," she said getting closer before she started sneezing.
"It's called a chili bomb. if you inhale a lot of them you will be sneezing for days," I said proudly of my invention.
"Why do *achoo* have that," she said as she was having a sneezing fit.
"it is something you learn in cultivation novels. it's called the art of surprise," I said rubbing my imaginary beard.
she sneezed a couple more times and I had to admit it was cute.
"let me know the next time you have something like that," she said rubbing her nose.
"I will keep that in mind. now let's go I have an idea for a weapon," I said as I ran outside and immediately got lost.
I looked around and began searching for a weapon shop when I heard Nero calling me.
"Athena."
"yeah," I said turning towards the trio.
"thank Nasha, I thought you were miles gone by now," vel said as she put the rope on me again.
"what were you even going," Conoleth asked.
"to the blacksmith," I answered.
"it's right there, how did you miss it," vel said pointing to the side.
"what can I say, I'm not good with directions, just fighting," I said as I entered the building.
"Welcome to busters auto repair and smithing, how may I help you ladies today," the man asked at the counter.
"I need you to make this weapon," I said
"Are you sure you want me to make this... accessory," the smith said confused.
"ah, you see this right here, that's what I want you to put on it. then the weapon goes here and it can be a weapon," I said proudly.
"Well, this weapon is certainly a first. for giving me a challenge I'll give you a 20% discount. 30 gold," he said as he prepared his tools.
I tossed him two platinum and said, "if you make it out of stronger materials I'll give you extra."
"Are you sure it's okay to be throwing away money like that," Nero asked as we left.
"not our money so we can splurge, besides I have a lot of platinum to spend," I said as we headed to the guild.
I looked at the trash missions of the F ranks and couldn't help but sigh, that would be such a drag.
so I did what any good adventurer would do, I went directly to the B-rank missions. even vel knew better than to stop me.
in her words "as long as it's not dangerous, then it's fine". I picked up the exterminate a mutant lizard and we headed out to defeat it.
it wasn't anything special besides the fact it uses its tail, and it felt remotely human as if it was made...
we left and got the item from the blacksmith, since he got it done fast and it was well made I gave him a couple of platinum as a reward.
the quality was good however to get better stuff I would need to visit the dwarfs. this weapon will help me channel any of my magic, ice, fire, wind, or anything else.
"your name will be the umbrella of justice," I said.
