21 - Stupidity & Wind Principle

Move it! Don't get in the way!" They pushed people out of the way constantly till they reached the area in front of the Stone pillars.

From there the group of 15 broke apart occupying a large area around the pillars with the last one, Chang Heng walking over and started to practice in front of the two pillars.

"In the Name of the White Swans Guild this area is claimed for the use of the Young Heir Chang Heng." One of the men a tanker type class said as it was only a matter of course for this too happen.

"What are they doing?"

"Damn, it's that Guild."

"What don't you know? The White Swans Guild is has the worst reputation in Flora City, hell their reputation is so bad that their even known outside of the City."

"Don't they know what they are doing? If the government or the Guild Association, hell even the Adventures Association found out then they'll be f*cked."

"Yeah don't they even realize how much trouble their in now."

The Guild Association is a organization in charge of all Guild rules and regulations here in The Great Star Empire.

They are sort of like police but only for Guilds and Guild Members, as they make sure all the different guilds follow the laws.

But don't think that the Association is weak or without funding and members, as it's the opposite as the Association can use the resources and manpower of the strongest power in the Empire.

The Military and no one wants to mess with the Military, so even if there are hundreds of thousands of Guilds in the Empire no one wants to get on the bad side of the Military.

Especially in Great Star Empire, where the Military is one of the most prestigious things in the Empire.

So what this group is doing is tantamount to not only breaking the law but also screwing themselves over not only with the public but also their own futures and reputations.

"Do you they even know what the consequences are for what they are doing?" Michael asked as he and Victor watched from the crowd.

"Well his group should, as they are all around level 15 to 18, so I would be surprised if they didn't but judging by how they're acting they are most likely following orders or are thinking that nothing can happen too them wth Chang Heng here." Victor answered as he too found what they were doing is completely stupid and unnecessary.

"Now one group has claimed a area others will as well, So let's go and get a spot quickly." Victor continued.

Nodding his head Michael started to push through the crowd with Victor following.

Making their way to a area without anyone Victor and Michael sat down facing the Inceptions.

The Inceptions were made of Runes and Magic symbols as well as carvings. Looking at it you would think that it's just a bunch of unread able nonsense.

And you would be correct as your not actually meant to read them, instead you're meant to focus on it and empty your mind as you understand it.

There are many ways to do this but some ways are more effective for certain types of classes.

For example meditation for mages, praying for Believer Classes, Physical Classes training and so on.

But because there was too many people and not enough room Michael couldn't practice so he was forced to Meditate like many others.

On the other hand Chang Heng had more then enough room for 10 people to practice with room to spare.

Which once again caused unhappiness too spread amongst the crowd. Making their low reputation worsen, which won't help them in anyway in the future.

Not caring about them anymore Victor placed most of his attention on the task in front of him.

The more he focused on it the more an image was created in his mind, at first it was a small breeze but it quickly grow into a powerful wind then a strong gale.

Till it turned into a huge devastating tornado reaching into the sky, nothing could stop the wind as it cut through or ripped apart anything in it's path.

The more Victor watched the deeper he went, it got to the point where his full attention was taken by this.

A strange weak aura began to slowly spread from Victor around him, no one noticed it but as the Arua came into contact with Michael he entered a strange state.

Suddenly his tense mind eased as his comprehension increased allowing him to enter a state of enlightenment like Victor.

As Victor's enlightenment got deeper the aura's strength increased as it spread in size beginning to effect other people as well.

Although it did not even have a tenth of the effect on them as Michael it still improved their state of minds and comprehension.

Time quickly passed as everyone became quiet and did their best, but still no one gain a understanding of one let alone both.

One hour later Victor opened his eyes but his pupils changed color from black to gold and his iris changed to a light whitish blue.

Before going back to normal, no one noticed the temporary change as everyone else was busy.

"Sigh, even the smallest breeze can turn into the strongest hurricane, gentle but possible of terrible strength, wind is capable of all that and more.." Victor whispered as his understanding of wind increased by a large amount.

He felt like if he had a wind spell then he could easily increase it's strength and power, just with this Victor would be able to easily increase his understanding of the spell as he now had some actual understanding of Wind.

But now wasn't the time to be focus on this as he pulled out a notepad and recorded his gains into it so that he would be able to revise it later in case he forgot anything or if Michael needed it.

Looking around Victor found that his view of the second Principle was currently obstructed by the large amount of people standing in front of it.

Knowing he would have to move to be able to see it Victor stayed in placed and waited for Michael to finish before moving.

But his attention was taken by a group of people who were going around and stealing from people at sword point.

But one of the things he noticed was that even though they tried to hide it they were actually part of the White Swans Guild.

He knew as earlier he had seen them part of the group Chang Heng was with on their fist day of hunting.

So even though they tried to hide it quite a few people knew as well, so even if they did their best the Guild Association & the Adventures Association will absolutely find out about this even if Victor did nothing.

They only targeted people weaker than them but even then there weren't many teams with the strength to stop or stand up to them.

So they moved quite quickly through the different teams, clearing any valuable thing that they could store in their backpacks and pouches.

Seeing this Victor's and Michael's backpacks disappeared when no one was paying any attention to him.

Victor knew if that group saw two people who were only level 5 then there is no doubt in his mind that they would see them as a free for the picking.

One thing that he was taught early on in his life was that the monsters you see, aren't the thing you need to be wary of but the ones you don't.

But the thing that you should be terrified of is a Monster hiding as a friend or with a smile.

That's why you never trust a stranger in the wilderness, as you will never know their intentions.
