Can Devi Escape?

"This isn't even a challenge? You guys are too lazy! I haven't even shown 50% of my abilities. 

I thought this would be fun, rather it's just a children's game

"With great speed, Devi swept through all the flesh eaters left and right. He gave some punches, others kicks, he was like a mad lion. Everywhere he went were flesh eaters oozing blood.

He was a one-man squad. A few minutes later dead bodies were all around the environment. Devi stared at the mass destruction he had committed he wasn't satisfied.

"Wow! I did a hell of murder here, too bad I'm not yet satisfied" 

"God's eye! Are you done with the scan?" Devi asked.

"Remaining 30 seconds". God's Eye replied.

"Ok. It wouldn't be a problem, I think we are good to go", God's eye said.

 While he said that unknown to him, the few flesh-eaters that escaped were signaling for backup 

"owwwhh…." They gave out a loud screech.

"Shit! I think I pissed them off, I hope it's going to be a hell of action" he said as he galloped up, very happy.

"Devi, I'm done with the scan and I'm sensing a bio reading from the building's third floor, but I don't think we would make it in time" God's explained.

"What do you mean we wouldn't make it? The remaining flesh-eaters won't be a problem," Devi retorted, his voice laced with confidence. He was determined to complete the mission, no matter what obstacles lay in his path.

"Devi, I'm not talking about a hundred or two hundred flesh eaters rather, ten thousand" God's eye enumerated.

"Are you fucking kidding me! Now this a way…way lot of action, I didn't freaky order for this." He was perplexed.

"Yeah! You ordered for this" God's eye replied.

"Ok, how long will it take them to approach us," He asked.

"Approximately 3 minutes " God's eye replied,

"That's more than enough for me to get to the third floor, but have you triangulated the exact location"

"Yes, I'm certain of the exact vicinity of the mutant species. Sending the feedback to your quantum watch" God's eye said.

"Ok, we're good to go", he said.

Devi focused his mind and channeled his telekinetic powers, creating a powerful surge of air that enveloped them both. They were propelled forward at breakneck speed, hurtling through the forest with alarming velocity.

He accelerated towards the stairways with maximum effort. He saw the visual output of the location of the entire building, On his watch which projected it like a 3d hologram.

The blueprint displayed a pulsing blue light that beeped slowly, indicating the location of the Mutant species.

With great speed, he was heading towards that direction. Arriving at the third floor, he noticed that dead human bodies were everywhere, some were putting on a lab coats and Military uniforms. These could tell that they were doctors and soldiers. 

The remnant of their bodies were just skeletons, the place was desolate.

Devi accelerated even further, hurtling through the hallway with blinding speed. The world around him became a blur as he moved faster than the eye could see, his quantum watch guiding him towards his destination. The view on his watch directed him towards a room at the end of the hallway, and he knew that he was getting closer to his objective. Reaching there he opened the door. 

Most products in the room were on the floor or shattered. Observing the room he noticed that they were researching on flesh eaters, moving further he observed that they were a green ooze coming from the hospital bed.

"This damn forsaking flesh eaters, I will make sure I wipe you out of this plane" He shouted angrily.

He noticed that what he was looking for was on a shelf at the right corner.

Devi was very lucky to see the mutant species in the jar still safe and sound. He quickly ran and grabbed it because he didn't have much time left. Immediately after he grabbed the item, he got ready to click his watch for a quantum jump.

 Instantly a flesh eater dove out of know where and bit his right hand, dragging his quantum watch out of his hands. 

Lucky for him, his body had a high rejuvenation ability, so the wound from the creature's fangs wasn't that deep.

"No….No…No. That was my trip back home" Devi said as he rushed and gushed out the heart of the monster. 

He went to where the watch was located just to find out that it has been smashed.

"Now…. I'm fucking doomed"

"God's eye are you fully charged to make a quantum leap?" inquired Devi.

"It's quite unfortunate that I can't make a quantum jump for now. My energy isn't enough to transport us that far" he explained.

"Ok, what's the furthest you could go", He asked,

"Maybe…. to the energy tower on the apex of this building for a quick recharge" he calculated.

"How much time would you require for a quick recharge, in other to perform a jump?" he asked.

"That would be ten minutes, but that's going to depend on if we wouldn't die before that time." He explained.

"How long will it take me to reach the zenith of this building at my fastest speed?" Devi wanted to make many inquiries.

"To be precise ten minutes"God's eye responded.

"Then that's going to be a waste of time".

The building has a hundred storeys.

"Ten minutes…. That's freaking long, but we have no other choice. Okay take us to the top of the building, I will hold them if they approach us".

Promptly God's eye made a quantum jump and they appeared at the apex.

"You know what to do, go while I hold them here", Devi said.

God's eye went towards the tower. It was a 10 meters tall Pole with dishes on it. 

He extended his wires from his robotic body and plugged them into the tower. 

Devi was at the edge of the building, then he looked downwards, he saw the flesh eaters climbing towards his location at a very fast rate. He couldn't stay still and wait for them to come closer and disrupts his plan. 

"God's eye enable the defense system mechanism of the tower, to shield you from the enemies' attack".

"Ok, on it", At that moment machine guns and bazookas came out of the tower. 

They were ready for a showdown

"Weapon system online", Devi saw that God's eye was safe, so he quickly dove down from the edge of the building.

He didn't care to fall, he didn't even feel that it was 1000 feet (0.3 km) above the ground. On reaching 10 feet (3.05 m) close to the flesh eaters, he instantly reduced the momentum of his body in midair with his telekinesis.

He stood still in the air like he was flying, stopping to make a quick calculation on how to take them down. 

Looking at the troop of flesh eaters that encompassed the environment, suddenly he sited a flesh eater that was about to cross the 100 feet (30.48 m) gap he gave.

Immediately, he skyrocketed towards the fresh eater with maximum speed and burst his hands into the flesh eater's heart. 

"ill you guys irritate me". 

Between the Span of one sec. More and more were crossing the gap. He moved like a god of war, within seconds ooze just filled the air. 

He killed like a wounded lion. With great speed, he tried to withhold that gap, so they wouldn't be able to get close to God's eye as charged his cell. But the gap, which he tried to keep safely, was slowly encroached upon by the flesh eaters. From 100 feet (30.48 m) apart to 90 feet (27.43 m), from 90 to 80. Gradually the gap was decreasing, 

"God's eye, be quick because I can't keep them down for long". He said as he punched the Jaw of a flesh eater. 

Will Devi escape from this dimension safely?
