Hidden Cave Mansion

"Why did you leave so quickly without telling me where you went" Jiang Tan smiled before she tilted her head a little bit "You know we looked for you for a few hours all over the place not finding even a trace of you. Her voice was still cold as she pointed to the herbs he was carrying before her eyes arched into crescents. "Why don't you tell mother where you went."

Jiang Hao could only lightly smile as he quickly explained where he went. Meanwhile in Jiang Hao's head he was crying before how scary his mother can be when she tried. Half an hour later Jiang Hao walked into his room with cold sweat drenching his messy clothes, making him look like he just got done fist fighting a elephant. He told his mother everything he did along with his reason for doing all of that of course leaving out everything about physiques, expecting to get punished but surprisingly Jiang Tan only smiled before she got a herbal book, a cauldron, and recipe book out of her storage ring. She then handed them to Jiang Hao before smiling and walking to her room.

After learning that Jiang Hao wanted to be an alchemist Jiang Tan was excited which soon turned to pity as the Jiang family hadn't had an alchemist in 50 years as although alot of people try to be one, without strong enough spiritual energy they wouldn't be able to go farther than low level mortal grade Alchemist. Knowing this although she never showed it on her face she still hoped for her son's success and gave him those items out of her storage ring.

Alchemist and refiners are spilt into 3 different division for each rank. Low mid and high ranked. To be able to advance you would have to first create a corresponding pill or artifact for each rank. They also received better treatment than normal Cultivator's gaining many benefits. This is one of the reasons alot of people tried to be one of the two for professions.

After Jiang Hao returned to his room he saw little Yin laying on his bed sleeping. Not wanting to disturb her he quietly places the herbs on the table along with the cauldron and books. He quickly changed out of his sweat soaked clothes before he sat in the chair near the table before opening the herbal book given to him. It had many different herbs, their properties, uses, and locations. Night passed before dawn broke. Jiang Hao barely has read 10% of the book but either was it was a new day and he had alot of thing he wanted to do. He sat down to cultivate as although he changed his schedule alot he still always cultivated a few hours a day. A few hours passed before he got up to set out to find the odd light.

Yesterday he was sacred out of his mind from talking to his mom so he made sure to completely tell his mother exactly where he was going to avoid getting in trouble, well almost all he did was day he was looking for more herbs and might be out for a while. After making sure his Mother believed him he set out in the direction of the light. The cave was only a around 300 meters away with Jiang Hao's speed he reached their in under an hour.

He was staring as the flickering light and tried to walk into it when he was blocked and sent flying. Getting up from the ground a few meters away he walked back to the light to see what just happened. Not far away someone was watching all this play out with a light smile on her face. "So he lied to me again? Well he did find something interesting so might as well join in the fun." Say this a shadow appeared in their spot before it disappeared when they reappeared infront of the light.

"looks like you found an old spirit array." Jiang Hao froze when he heard this voice. He slowly turned to the source when he saw a stunning women standing their this was obviously his mother making him speechless. He looked around from where she could have possibly came from when he remembered he could never see her Cultivation so it just must be that much higher than his. He did notice the slight glint in her eyes but she seemed more interested in the array for now do he turned to look at the array before speaking. "What's a Spirit array?" Hearing this Jiang Tan wasn't surprised as she looked at Jiang Hao before turning back. "It's a combination of runes and Qi or white crystals, or runes and high valued raw materials and Qi or white crystals, in a certain pattern. This forms what we call an array that can be defensive, offensive, both, or even have illusions. Although they need to be set up by an Array master."

Jiang Hao was shocked as he never has seen a array nor Array master in his old world not has he heard of these white crystals. He immediately thought he would have to meet a Array master. But this made him wonder what type of array this was. "This seems to be a High level array and judging by what happen when you touched it it seems to be a reflective array, Capable of reflecting all physical damage. Seems like this person didn't care for anyone using Qi to break this." Jiang Tan just finished saying this when she send out a very thin dark light at the Array, it immediately cracked revealing a cave.

Jiang Hao was shocked by this appearance but Jiang Tan already started to walk inside, Jiang Hao quickly snapped out of his daze and followed close behind while gripping a bit of Jiang tans clothes. The cave was alot bigger than he thought while Jiang Tan muttered "Cave Mansion" Jiang Hao was confused by what this was but immediately assumed It must be good. On both sides of him where many doors seeing this he rushed into on of them before he disappeared from his mother's sight shocking her greatly with his courage. She soon smiled lightly before picking another room and walked inside.

In Jiang Hao's room was immediately excited by what he saw. Although it was his first time seeing it he already knew what they were he grabbed one before he opened it, Pills! Tons and tons of Pills.
