Chapter 11 Deal

"Who are you?" A man in a mask asked as he looked at Jin inquisitively. "I am Jahan, I was wondering if you could point me in the direction of Overhaul." Jin said as he looked at the masked man.

"That, that's a bit difficult." The masked man replied as he scratched his head. "I don't care if it's difficult, send him this note, I'll wait here for an hour if he doesn't want to see me by that time tell him I'll go to the cops." Jin said while handing the masked man a note.

"Oh, and don't read it unless you want him to kill you." Jin continued before sitting down on the floor. "And what makes you think I have to do what you say?" The thug asked as he nearly ripped up the note.

Before he could though Jin moved and put him in a chokehold. "Are you convinced?" He asked as he let him go. "Yes, yes!" The man said before running off.

'Hopefully, that dealer has some common sense and he'll come back within the hour.' Jin thought as he went over what had happened since his transmigration. 'When I am done here, where am I going to go? Not only that but what powers do I need for the Grand Races Tournament....' Jin thought as he began to think hard about what he should get.

50 minutes or so later the thug came back with a startled expression. "He wants to meet you please come with me." The thug said while bowing slightly. Seeing this Jin nodded and followed the thug.

Eventually, they made it to a traditional Japanese Yakuza residence, it was completely walled off and the thug buzzed Jin in before running off scared silly. "My master will see you now, follow me." A small black suit midget said.

The midget led him into multiple rooms and eventually into the secret passages of Shie Hassaikai till finally, he reached a room, where a man sat. He had brown hair and golden eyes and he wore a plague doctor mask.

"Hello, I am Overhaul, but you should already know that, no?" Overhaul said as he looked at Jin. "Indeed, I am Jahan as you should know from that note and I have something to discuss with you." Jin said as he sat on the sofa opposite Overhaul.

"And what makes you think you're qualified to discuss with me? I could kill you right now and no one would know what you wrote in the letter." Overhaul said as he began to take off his gloves.

"Calm down Kai Chisaki, think about this logically, if I came here I have a backup plan, no? For your information, I already told everything that I know to my close co-workers and I also have it ready to be sent online with proof and everything." Jin said as he took off his hat.

Hearing this Overhaul chuckled a bit. "Fine I'll admit, I can't do much to you currently, but does that matter? At the end of the day, I doubt you have any proof." Overhaul said while drinking some wine.

"Does it matter? Like really does it? I assume you only need half a year to a year to complete your plan at this point and you want to risk it all for a couple of favors? Not only that but I'll owe you." Jin said as he crossed his legs.

Hearing this Overhaul got visibly angry as he put down his glass. "Okay, but what are the favors? And why should I care about what you can offer me?" Overhaul snarled as he looked at Jin in anger.

"The favors are very simple, firstly I need a quirk enhancing injection, secondly I want you to heal someone for me, and thirdly I need that girl Eri to rewind time for me." Jin said as he looked at Overhaul waiting for his reaction.

"Hmm, I can do those, but that girl Eri..... she doesn't have control on her powers whoever you want her to use rewind on might die." Overhaul said after contemplating for a bit. "Apart from that though what can you offer me?"

Jin chuckled hearing this. "Anything really, given enough time even the whole world, but that's a bit much, so let's start small. Firstly dont you want to become infamous, have the Yakuza rise up?" Jin said as he looked at Overhaul.

"Yes obviously." He responded. "Well have you heard of the recent League of Villains attack?" Jin asked. "Oh those maniacs? Ya I heard." Overhaul said as he was growing a bit impatient.

"Well I know where their hideout is I can take you to them." Jin said while chuckling a bit. 'Karma's a bitch Tomura.' Jin thought as Overhaul grew visibly interested.

"That'll work, what else are you offering me." Overhaul said. "Apart from that, I'll help you kill the most heinous villain, ALL FOR ONE!" Jin said as he clenched his fist tightly. At the end of the day Tomura was but a blade All For One used to attack All Might, so the true killer of Izuku was him.

Hearing this Overhaul looked at Jin like he was insane before laughing out "HAHAHA, it looks like you'll do that for anyway, but God you're insane if you think you can."

Although few knew about All For One Chisaki Kai obviously knew of him due to the fact that he stated after All For One died there was a need for a new evil to rise.

Jin wasn't offended by this and simply continued with his proposal "And last but not least, although you want all those precious things, don't you also want quirks to disappear?" Jin said as he looked at Overhaul.

Hearing this Overhaul's eyes grew angry. "Of course they're the reason the Yakuza fell from grace!" Overhaul said as he clenched his fists in rage. "How are you going to do it anyway?" Overhaul asked.

"Tell your subordinates to leave the room." Jin said and Overhaul immediately signaled and Joi Irinaka (midget dude) left the room although a bit annoyed. 'This is dangerous.' He thought as he left the room.

"So what's your method?" Overhaul asked in great interest. Seeing his excitement Jin got up and cracked his knuckles. "Have you ever heard of the multiverse theory?" Jin asked Overhaul, he immediately nodded after hearing Jin.

"What if I told you I had the ability to travel the multiverse, and one such, no many such universes have no quirks." Jin said as he looked at Overhaul. Hearing this a look of understanding flashed by Overhaul's eyes.

"So you can travel between universes?" Overhaul asked as he looked at Jin. "Precisely." Jin said as he picked up his hat. 'Well not exactly but that's all you need to know.' Jin thought before putting on his hat.

"Do you want to verify this, or what?" Jin asked as he looked at Overhaul. Hearing this Overhaul went and called Shin Nemoto. After informing him of what he was to ask Shin opened his mouth and said "Can you travel between universes."

Due to Shin's quirk Jin immediately opened his mouth and said "Yes." Hearing this Overhaul immediately sent Shin out of the room as he hid his excitement.

"To tell me something like this though, you must have more conditions?" Overhaul said as he looked at Jin. "We can go over those later, for now I just want 2 things, firstly we now can be considered "partners" so if I need your help you'll help me, secondly I want you to stop torturing that poor girl since now there's no need for the quirk destroying bullet." Jin said as he looked at Overhaul with a serious expression.

Overhaul grew annoyed before saying "...Fine, but I swear even if you can travel the multiverse, if you betray me, well let's just say the consequences will be dire."

And with that Jin heaved a sigh of relief. "Well, go call the girl and we'll make a trip, after that you'd have completed 2 of my conditions, while you're at it why don't you complete all 3 and get me a quirk enhancement." Jin said while Overhaul went and got Eri.

After that, they left and headed for the hospital. 'To see his high degree of hatred and his anger, and not only that but his timing as well. He must be from U.A and not only that but the student they nicknamed Fiend.' Overhaul thought as they walked the streets.
