Chapter 78: [Goat's Sin of Lust]
~Third POV~
Eventually returning to the Boar Hat Meliodas soon introduced everyone to Gowther in a friendly tone with a gasp of surprise seeing him in the flesh, "Hey everybody! He says he wants to greet you all! Check it out!"
Gowther has yellow eyes and hot pink hair just past his jaw. His usual attire consists of a white shirt with gray long sleeves over a black cropped tank top as well as a pair of dark pants and short grey boots. Gowther also wears a pair of glasses with light frames and apparently cannot see without them.
Gowther soon introduces himself to everyone blankly until he sees Hawk stooping his conversation, "Greeting… greeting… understood. Hello there. I am Gowther, The Seve Deadly Sin's [Goat's Sin of Lust]. I…"
Gowther raises his hand perplexed seeing Hawk bluntly asking curiously, "Why is there livestock in the tavern?"
Hawk took offense to his words snoinking scolding the doll in the process in an annoyed tone, "Don't change the subject in the middle of introductions! And who're you calling livestock?!"
Everyone laughed as Cain spoke to Meliodas alone with everyone preparing a feast and managing to collect the remaining members of their order in the process.
Elizabeth soon asks Gowther in a kind tone to aid her in saving the Kingdom of Liones from the Holy Knights, "Nice to meet you, Gowther-sama! I'm Elizabeth… the third princess of Liones Kingdom. Please help me save my kingdom from the Holy Knights!"
"No."
"NO?!"
Gowther response shocked them as they exclaimed but soon explained himself eyeing Elizabeth closer upon inspection, "This is not our first time 'meeting' each other. We've met before when you were very young."
After making some light comments about the princess Meliodas soon returns asking Gowther with a grin on his face, "Well, Gowther? What's your answer?"
Gowther eyed his team as he answered in a blunt tone having the focus shit towards him in a neutral voice, "I accept. It was the Kingdom who appointed me one of the Seven Deadly Sins. If the princess requests it of me, I have no reason to decline."
Everyone cheered hearing the news as Gowther simply eyed Mash both eyes staring at each other with everyone cheering in the background.
"All right! We've already got 5 of the Seven Deadly Sins together, so let's drink in celebration!"
"YEEAHH!"
"But we drink practically every day as it is."
Soon enough Ban and Mash began cooking meals as they glared at each other as the bandit asked the obvious, "It's obvious you and I have some serious beef with each other. How about we settle this with a cook-off Shitty Cook who's the superior cook in this kitchen boy?"
Twirling around the cooking utensils Mash didn't take his words lying down earning the Seven Deadly Sins' attention in a confident tone, "Let's see Ban the Undead. Who's the superior chief here!"
Ban cracked his fingers getting a spatula proving his pride in his cooking in an arrogant tone gripping the spatula tightly, "That's fighting words, Shitty Cook. You'll find out why I'm the best cook in our Order. Prepare to taste defeat!"
Sparks could be seen between the two as they began to cook with a metaphorical final destination background as they both cooked while the Sins except Gowther and Elizabeth cheered them on.
Eventually, soon dinner was served, and everyone began to enjoy eating and celebrating Gowther's return as he looked around in a confused tone, "I detect a peculiar sound."

Shaking his head around Gowther soon found Hawk chewing on his snack bowl talking to him in a happy tone eating the leftovers, "Yo, Gowther! I'm the leader of the Knighthood of Scraps Disposal, Hawk-sama with my vice-captain Mash-sama! Listen, if there's anything you don't get, just talk to me!"
However, Mash yelled voicing his disagreement, "I never said I joined!"
Both of them choose to ignore his words as Gowther asks Hawk two questions in a neutral tone keeping eye contact, "How can a pig speak human language? Why are you eating leftovers?"
Hawk answered Gowther's questions in a happy tone chewing on his scrap bowl, "Beats me! Cuz they're good!"
Staring at Hawk he raised his glasses confirming all of his questions relating to Hawk in a neutral tone, "That will be all."
Hawk exclaimed in pure shock that was as much as Gowther was interested in knowing him, "That's all?! Isn't there anything else you want to ask?!"
Gowther all gazed towards his teammates despite speaking fondly seeing his friends he remains emotionless in a neutral tone, "It is all so touching. I did not think I would be seeing everybody again like this."
Gowther eyes soon linger towards Mash tilting his head and moving forward asking him in a neutral tone, "And who exactly are you, sir? Are you really a human?"
Mash soon turns around to Gowther both eyes gazing between each other as he answers taking a sip of water, "Mash Bastion. Please to meet you Gowther of the Seven Deadly Sin. I heard a few things from your friends. As for me being human… I'm human alright!"
Gowther nodded as he pointed his fingers at him a pink energy of Mana particles is shown trying his hand to use [Invasion] a Magical Power that allows Gowther to read and manipulate the thoughts and memories of others, even entrap them within their memories.
*KLANK*
However, instead of his [Invasion] working it instead being blocked with Gowther analyzing his Gamer Ring on his finger eyes slightly widening as Mash scolded him, "Hey man! No looking into my head! That's where I keep things private. Got it?"
Gowther slowly nodded his head agreeing as he began to analyze the Power Level of Mash cautiously with him gazing at the Gamer Ring intently. Gowther was installed with the Balor's Magical Eye to analyze a person's Power Level.
A Power Level is a person's pure fighting prowess presented as a numerical value. A person's total power level is the sum of three different values:
Magic: a measure of magical power.
Strength: a measure of physical ability.
Spirit: a measure of composure, determination, and perseverance.
Gowther slowly agreed as he began to analyze the strength of Mash in front of him comparing to his other Sins in a doubtful tone, 'Magic: 1315. Strength: 1275. Spirit: Unknown. There's no way he human… especially since his Spirit is unmeasurable… how interesting…'
Gowther gazed at Mash finding a new sense of curiosity as Meliodas soon chimed in interrupting his thoughts in a curious tone, "Say, Gowther… about that incident 10 years back, when we Deadly Sins were accused of wanting to overthrow the Kingdom and we all got split up. There's something I want to ask you – "

Stabbing Meliodas with [Invasion] Gowther soon explained in a neutral tone what he saw within his mind recalling the events, "I know what you want to ask. The images and voices are hazy but when we were escaping, the one who attacked you and wiped clean your memory was… The Boar Sin of Gluttony Merlin."
Meliodas listening to Gowther's words exclaimed in shock soon asking in a stunned tone, "Merlin?! But why… Gowther the incident, have you and Merlin – "
However, Gowther soon shook his head denying the answer as he explained in a dead tone to Meliodas explaining to him, "I do not know her reasons. I have not seen her. Though I have heard rumors about her. All information about her is ambiguous. It vanishes before any cold hard facts can be confirmed."
Soon enough Ban spoke out drunk with everyone feeling on a high except for Mash, Gowther, and Meliodas as he spoke out loud, "Everyooooone! Listen to this! Gowther here could tell it was King by body odor!"
Everyone then began to comment with King smelling him in his human and fairy form getting a sense of smell of him with Mash staying by Meliodas asking him in a curious tone taking a swig of his mug, "Not gonna join with the rest of them playing along?"
Mash shook his head drinking a mug of water answering with a shrug cleaning up the mess around in the process, "Eh… not interested in smelling a tub of lard King. Besides someone got to clean this big mess up. And I don't mean the food either."
Meliodas raised an eyebrow before he got his answer as Gowther snitched to the other Sins' secrets speaking about Ban's in a neutral tone after surviving getting pummeled by Diane, "… Ouch. As for you, Ban. 12 years ago, you became completely inebriated while on duty to battle the vampire gang in Edinburgh. After that, you used [Physical Hunt] to rob strength from Diane, then had a good laugh to yourself as you watched them struggling to fight. And after you did 1000 push-ups with that stolen strength, you completely crashed out."
*Bffft*
Diane muttered coldly looking at Ban gripping her hands preparing to murder him in a cold tone, "Hmmm. I was wondering why I couldn't muster up any strength even though I was feeling fine…"
King readies his weapon glaring at Ban recalling and suffering against the gang of Vampires in a dry tone, "So that explains it."
Ban was spitting his drink with Diane and King both ready to murder Ban as he drunkenly turned around trying to move on from the topic, "That was 12 years ago, okay? Hic! Don't get your panties in a twist."
*SWOOOSH*

What led next was Diane crushing Ban's body like juice and King stabbing him with his kunai weapons with blood being splattered over as Mash sighed crossing his arms, "Sigh… I swear to God if Ban's blood stains aren't cleaned then I'm forcing that dead man to clean his death."
Getting everything cleaned and Diane finally knocked out drunk Gowther explains Elizabeth's emotions making her blush red at his words snitching in a neutral tone, "So your Highness likes the captain? Compared to when interacting with myself and the other members… your tone is higher and your heart rate quicker. These are symptoms of someone in love."
Elizabeth blushes red as Mash begins to clean everything with Gowther talking to Pelio the boy that he was assigned to guard for hiding him.
King gets Diane and Ban inside the Boar Hat with both of them knocked out being drunk as Meliodas soon asks Mash curiously only the two of them, "So… you already figured out I'm a demon then? At least according to what you say between Ban and King that is."
Mash nodded his head not lying or refuting his claim explaining himself as he asked Meliodas in a curious tone, "Not that hard really. You use Darkness, ominous Magical Power, and [Hellblaze] that only those of Demon Clan can use? Isn't that hard to connect the dots."
Meliodas blinked genuinely surprised by his honest response asking another question between the two, "Huh? I thought you'd reacted a bit scared knowing about my race… you're an odd one, aren't you?"
Mash shrugs his shoulders with Meliodas shaking his head helping himself to Elizabeth groping her to make himself happy.
