Chapter 14
“I don’t have blue balls. I get ample relief.”
Kellan scoffed. “Jerking off doesn’t count.”
“You—”
“Excuse me?” Endymion jumped in, startling both Kellan and Darwin. “The server is here with our food and drinks.”
Kellan blushed and glanced away while Darwin gave the server an apologetic smile. The server put the tray down on the table and distributed the food in a hurry before rushing away. Kellan felt horrible the server had to witness the argument between him and Darwin. However, that was the normal interaction between them. There was a brief period of quietness as he, Darwin, and Endymion ate their respective food without exchanging a single word.
“So, tell me more about our trip to Lucinda’s house tomorrow,” Endymion spoke up after what felt like an eternity of tension among them.
