Stubborn

"Here," Altair said, handing me the robe I came in as I exited the bathroom after cleaning up.

I looked at the robe then at his dull face with a little bit of blush still evident and chuckled, taking the robe from him, "Thank you."

My legs were still weak from what just happened, I had not done it with an Alpha in a while but I do remember the stamina they have and it is … tiring, to say the least.

"By the way, Altair-" I said, about to put my robe on as I lost my balance, suddenly falling closer to the ground.

Well, this is going to hurt. I thought, bracing myself for the crash.

Gentle hands wrapped around my waist, two seconds before I hit the ground.

"Careful."

"Ah. Thanks." I said as he helped me to a standing position. "I guess I am a little more tired than I thought I was."

"That must have taken a lot out of you." He said, looking me up and down before a blush crept up his face again, quickly turning from me. "W-wear your robes quickly."

Looking at his flustered face, I could not help wanting to tease him just a little more. He is suddenly like that kid I met that night once again and I want to get revenge for what he called me this morning.

Grabbing onto his arm, I tug at the sleeve of his robe, getting him to look at me successfully.

"Could you help me?" I asked, holding my robe to him. "I am a little tired and my body is a little weaker than I thought it would be."

As though trying to see if I was lying, he looked me right in the eyes, not saying a word as I gave him my most innocent looking expression.

I know how to act, don't worry. I am even better than Nova at it, not that he knows.

Giving up, Altair sighed, scratching the back of his head as he took the robe from my hands, "Hold your hand out."

Slightly confused, I held my hands out, smiling at him "Ok. Now what? You want to be my round two?"

"Arms! I meant arms." He said quickly moving away from me as I held my arms up. "Like that."

This poor man is not able to look me in the eyes as I just continued staring at him, the blush never leaving his face as he continued to help me wear the robe.

Finally, he tied it around the waist before walking far away from me, to the corner of the room, back turned to me. "You should rest up. You must be tired."

I can't remain mad at him, not when he behaves like this in front of me. Perhaps I could try to be a little friendlier with him. If not for anything else, his reactions are cute.

Walking to the man with his back to me, I reached him and pulled up my mask, blowing air on his exposed neck which did wonders, if do say so myself.

His body shuddered as he turned his back to the wall, facing my direction now, hand over the spot I blew on. "W-what was that for??"

"Whatever do you mean?" I asked, innocently tilting my head to the side. "I did not do anything."

"Do I amuse you that much?" He asked, frowning at me, though I could tell that he is not really mad. Even if he tries to sound like he is.

"Yes," I said honestly, holding my hand out to him. "Now, give me your hand."

"Why?" He asked, giving me his hand as I clasped my own over it, pulling him to sit on the ground. "What are you-?"

"You ask too many questions," I said, pushing the sleeve back and touched the wound on his arm. "Why were you biting yourself so hard for?"

Stubbornly Altair did not respond to me as he turned away, not willing to look me in the eyes. "It is none of your business."

"But it is," I said, placing my hand over the wound on his arm, healing it instantly. Once I was sure it was healed, I took his slender fingers and licked them, startling him enough to get his attention.

But he did not pull away from me. Instead, he just stared, with nothing but desire in his eyes, though he tried to pretend like he felt nothing.

No one can hide their desire for me, from me. It is not something so easily tossed aside like raisins in a cookie. I know, when someone is aroused because of me.

And you could say that I revel in this feeling. Well, only a little bit. It does have its downsides but it has its upsides as well.

"What do you think you are doing?" He asked, again, never taking his eyes off me while I held his hand to the good side of my face.

I am feeling aroused, but I am surprised that I am affecting him at all. He looked like he could care less about me and, from what I can tell, he just might be stronger than the King Alpha.

Well, since I can't control it and I have made him like this, I have to take responsibility for him. Though, I cannot suck him off, maybe I can do something else.

But, putting it in … I just cleaned up too. This is a little bit complicated.

While I was thinking, I felt strong pairs of arms pick me up and then lay me down on the bed, resting my head down on the soft bedding.

Beside lay the sleeping King Alpha, completely tired out and knocked out cold. Even sleeping, I can't help thinking that he looks pretty.

Though, not as pretty as this other person in front of me.

"Sleep." He said, about to walk away but I could not just leave it like that. So I grabbed onto his robe, stopping him.

"What?" He asked, turning to me with a cold, but not cruel look in his eyes. "Do you need something?"

"Well …" Now it is my turn to be at a loss for words. "Um. Don't you need help?"

"Help?"

"You know … with that," I said, pointing to the thing in between his legs as a blush crept up the man's face once again as he knelt down to my height and grabbed my hand, glaring at me.

"Do you have no shame at all? What about your dignity?" He asked, looking like he is trying so hard not to say anything more in case he might say something he regrets.

"No," I answered honestly, unable to stop teasing this person in front of me. "But why are you surprised? You called me a whore, right?"

"Who?" He suddenly asked, eyes gleaming again, just like a few minutes ago.

"What?"

"Who called you a whore?" He asked again, a sadistic look coming on his face. "Tell me their face."

Confused as all hell, I just said, "Wasn't it you?"

"Me?" He asked, a look of surprise coming on his face as his eyes went back to normal, albeit looking a little dejected. "When did I call you that??"

"This morning … when we met …" I said, searching his eyes. "Do you not remember?"

Was I just imagining it then? No, I am quite sure that I remember him calling me a whore. But … I am a little confused as well.

"This morning?" He asked, thinking for a second. "Ah! That time!"

"So you remember," I said, glad that he remembered, for some reason. I do not understand myself either. Maybe I have a degradation kink or something like that.

"I do but … I don't remember calling you a whore." He said, turning his attention to the person next to me as I snapped my head to him.

"You were talking about him?" I asked, pointing to the man beside me, one eyebrow raised.

"Of course. Who else would I be talking about?" He asked, looking very, very confused.

"You were looking at me when you said that though."

Scratching the back of his head as the silver ornaments around him glittered from the moonlight, Altair said, "Of course, I was looking at you … when someone like you enters the room, you do not just … ignore them."

"Even when you are talking to someone else?" I asked, amusement dancing in my eyes at his discomfort. "Is that really how you communicate?"

"I am not the best at … social interaction." He said clearing his throat, still looking me in the eyes and sighed. "Sorry. I guess."

"Hmm? What for?"

"Well, I did make you misunderstand … even though I didn't mean it to be you, perhaps I could have been a little clearer." Altair rambled on, hand still on mine, though I don't think he knows this. "So … sorry."

"If you put it like that," I tucked a stray hair behind his ears, watching as a blush spread up his face again, "how can I not accept that apology?"

"You really are too kind." He said, eyes turning soft before he suddenly realise he was still holding my hand and jumped away to his corner of the room. "You should rest now. Good night."

It must be sometime in the morning now. I thought looking at the moons outside the window. Well, whatever.

"Good night. Altair." I said, watching him turn into his wolf form as he took a second to look at me before nodding.

As I lay down on the bed, I started to drift off to sleep. But, not before hearing this stubborn wolf murmur something else under his breath.

"Good night. Orion."

How annoying. I thought, falling asleep almost immediately. Then I had a faint dream of a rabbit and a meadow. Strange.
