CCCRRAASSSHHHHH!!!!!!!

A sudden loud explosion followed by a long crashing sound rudely disturbed him, resulting in loss of everything that he had been so long working for.

The suddeness of the event took him by surprise and left him at a complete loss. When he finally came to his senses after a few seconds and realised what happened, he was furious to say the least.

Mad with rage, he rushed towards the direction of the commotion.

As expected, the gazebo was a mess, further fanning the flames of his fury.

The large chandelier, which was the centre piece of the gazebo now laid in dust. The metal frame of the chandelier was now laying on the floor like massless skeleton, glass decorating the chandelier was scattered all over in bits and pieces. The luxurious furnishings of the gazebo was also heavily damaged.

Though furious, Lord Icarus gave the place a through look, taking in every detail and trying to understand as to who had done it. It didn't take him long to find what he was looking for. Admist the mess, there was a glowing strand of hair laying on the floor.

Lord Icarus cautiously reached for hair strand to pick it up. However, the moment he touched the hair strand, it replayed the events of the past leading up to now.

It turned out that the moment Lord Marvolio learned about Lord Icarus creating another sage, he had secretly and purposefully pluck out a strand of his hair, then casting a spell he directed it towards the chandelier of gazebo in order to distract him. Thus, in turn stopping him from further creation before they could reach up to him.

" I apologise for the rudeness of my act, Lord Icarus and regret the loss of your hard work. I hope you can find it in your heart to forgive me. " Lord Marvolio said remorsefully. He had fully prepared himself to face Lord Icarus's wrath.

Behind him Lady Arika and Lord Alexuis stood remorseful yet, relieved. They too, considering themselves equally guilty waited to face Lord Icarus's fury.

Even though Lord Icarus was both angry and upset he had little to refute because he was well aware that this was out of character for Lord Marvolio and held great respect for both of them. Yet, going out his way to do what Lord Marvolio did and that too with Lord Alexuis's approval only meant they had some solid reasons. All Lord Icarus could do now was to ask.

" Your actions are always backed by solid reasoning, Lord Marvolio. Therefore, my only request is that you kindly enlighten me with the same. " Lord Icarus tone clearly indicated that he had taken serious offense regarding the incident.

" My sincere apologies, Lord Icarus. But, it so happens that *WE*, the ones who are here to be enlightened by you. Thus, I request you on behalf us all to please not take any offense regarding this incident. " This time it was Lord Alexuis who pleaded earnestly.

This was not something Lord Icarus was ready for. He gave them both a confused look, trying to make out heads and tails of what was actually happening.

But, this was Lord Alexuis they were talking about. Hence, there was more to those words then what they meant.

" Lord Alexuis, I don't think I follow you at all. " No sooner than those words were left, Lord Icarus gaze fell on a tensed Lady Arika.

But, before Lord Icarus had a chance to ask her anything, her words crumbled his entire being. " My Lord, I would sincerely advice you to not take this matter any further than it already has. Because we are the ones at loss as result. Everything Lord Marvolio did was for the sake of the creation. Please, my Lord... Just hear them out. The creation is in grave danger...."

Not only his being but, also soul abandoned Lord Icarus after hearing those words.

" The creation is in grave danger, what nonsense are spewing, Arika??? " He said forcefully, unable accept what was presented before him.

" She's stating the absolute truth, Lord Icarus. You are oblivious as to the recent happenings in the creation since, you were deep in meditation. If things continue the way they are then... " Lord Marvolio trailed off but, Lord Icarus could easily fill the gap.

" Wh.. what happened?? " From rage to confusion and then finally in fear, now it was Lord Icarus pleading to Lord Alexuis.

" Lord Alexuis, please.. Your silence is is killing us. " Lady Arika urged.

At this point, letting out a deep and exhausted sign, Lord Alexuis spat out Lord Icarus's worst fear in a matter-of-fact tone.

" The creation has chosen the path of unrighteousness and the degree of the crimes committed is increasing with each passing incidents. " Colour drained from Lord Icarus's face as Lord Alexuis continued. " At first, things started off with small incidents just as you predicted but, no sooner than I dealt with them they started getting more and more complicated.

What concerns me now is that though it started with the living beings of the mortal world, it's spreading amongst the immortal ones as well. "

" And at an extremely fast rate. " Lord Marvolio added, taking over the conversation. " Lord Alexuis had been working non-stop all this time to bring a stop to this mad circus but, things are only getting more and more intense. First, it was the universal sages against their own universes, then they began fighting against each other for power and authority, trying to prove themselves better than other. "

" And that's not all, the gods you created to maintain the law and order in the creation are now drunk in their sense of superiority and have become a nuisance. They have been immorally exploiting the universes and have shown immeasurable cruelty against those who dared to object, including Prince Dai. The hell is in a complete uproar since then. " Memories flooded back as Lord Alexuis recollected the events.

" I have talked to Prince Dai and King Hegor to not engaged in an all out war with a promise to bring justice in their favor. Lord Alexuis in the meantime, incarnated himself in the mortal world managing to sabotage the gods plans to overtake both mortal realms and hell. However, that's only a temporary solution and not a smart one at that. When the gods will know off this they'll be turning against us. It's high time we stop this nonsense. And besides, from incarnation to annihilation, Lord Alexuis had been going on non-stop. We can't just sit back and let him bear the burns forever. " With each spoken word, Lord Marvolio's temper rose by a degree. His last statement was the warning of the ultimatum for sure. His fury was just and so was the fact that he was a man of no tolerance. Only because it was requested by Lord Alexuis that he had forced himself to be in check, if not so then who knows what he would have done by now.

" You are too kind, my Lord to think about my well being. However, now is not the time for that. We have to work out something before they turn against The Great Arcruz. "

Thunder exploded in the minds of Lady Arika, Lord Icarus and Marvolio at the mention of the Infinity Being.
