The Being Of The Beyond....

Upon hearing the clinging metal sound, everyone except Lia, looked towards the direction from where it was coming. To their sheer horror, what came in sight was a humongous gold metal chain with an exquisite design closing in on them at an extreme speed.

" IT'S THE EYE!!! " Nitiya yelped in recognition. " SOMETHING MUST HAVE SET IT OFF AGAIN. "

Indeed!! The design of the gold chain was exactly the same as that of the Eye. Moreover, coming from the direction that it was, the Eye was the only possiblity.

Zeroing at a lightening speed from the sky, the gold chain clasped itself around Demetrius like an octopus with a vice-like grip, then flew off towards the forest entrance where Kaya was busy with Dhar.

The moment the gold chain touched Demetrius, he screamed in extreme pain.

" AAAARRRHHH!!!! "

The chains were like an iron fists in a velvet gloves, crushing him down to his very bones with electric current running through them as an added bonus.

With the ember now out of the system and being squeezed like a lemon, all Demetrius could do was just scream feeling pain like never before.

It was a horrible sight but, Lia was having none of it. She stood their smriking with the ember in hand watching the show as it unfolded like nothing was out of ordinary.

Seconds later another painful scream resonated throughout the mountains.

It was Dhar !!

Hearing Dhar's painful cry, little Nitiya finally understood what her mother was upto. The choronology of the events were beginning to fall in place and triggered her endless knowledge one by one. The poor girl had worked off every last one of her brain cells in the past hour thanks to Lia, only to give herself a stinging slap.

With Lia, Soham and Kaya at the frontlines, it was Nitiya who laid the foundation of the backstage and was the guiding force for Soham and Kaya.

Rooted before the threshold, everyone watched as the battle against the triplets commenced.

" You still have doubts, Rathod?? " Brother Fernandez poked noticing the deep frown on Surbhi.

This not only jolted Surbhi out of her thoughts but, also directed everyone's attention on her.

" Mommy, what is it?? " Saaransh was the first to react to Brother Fernandez's words asked worrisomely when he saw the frown on his mother.

Not only Saaransh, even the elders were worried about Surbhi.

" Surbhi, dear what is it?? Are you still worried about the battle?? " Nani asked gently, hoping she would be able to pacify Surbhi's worries.

" Its not the battle that I'm worried about but, Lia.. " Surbhi replied sincerely upon seeing the reflection of her worries on Saaransh and the elders.

" Why are you always so pessimistic??? " Brother Fernandez complained rudely.

" I believe Nitiya is the psychic one and not you, You Good For Nothing. " Surbhi snapped Brother Fernandez with frightening look and then turned to the elders. " And no Nani, I don't doubt Lia's capabilities or her plan. But what worries me is how long will she be able to hold on? I mean, Lia had been laying in coma for seven years and its only been fifteen days since she woke up!! Yes, I agree that she was going great in her rehab but still... "

Surbhi honestly laid out everything that's been on her mind before the elders. She was sure they would understand where she was coming from.

And she wasn't wrong.

Not only did the elders, even Nakash, Nitiya and Saaransh listened patiently to everything she had to say.

Brother Fernandez tried pinch his piece of mind somewhere in the middle but, was glared shut by Nani.

" I understand you are worried about Lia not only as her doctor but also as her sister-in-law.." Father Abraham said smiling kindly.

" Fortunately my dear, the Lia before us now is neither your patient, nor is she the sister-in-law you heard so much of. She is a being of the beyond ; she is everything. "

" Justice is the essence of vengeance, now this Lia will impart to the world. " Nani added with pride.

" And we'll make sure to keep mommy's back cover. " Nakash concluded excitedly.

Face-to-face with Lia's support system, Surbhi was overwhelmed. She now understood one thing though, their bonds of heart run deeper then their ties of blood and she still had a long, long way to go before she could understand them and their magic.

" Well, if you are done with the melodrama of worrying then, mind start thinking ??? " Brother Fernandez said exasperately pointing outside.

Father's kind gaze turned cold. " Nitiya take charge!! " Father Abraham ordered with a dead note looking outside, anticipating something. " Soham and Kaya need you out there. "

And he instincts were right on the mark. He gave a firm nod to Nitiya after which she turned away from the battlefield creating a zone of her own.

It was then that, Lia had successfully diverted Dominic and Dhar to towards Soham and Kaya.
