Power System

Talent goes from Bronze to silver, golden, Royal, and Imperial. It is tested by placing your hand on a talent podium. The podium will then use magic to scan your body to see if you're talented enough to be a knight or mage. 

Knights:

Knights can start training at around 6 years old, depending on how they grow. As they go up in rank, their bodies become stronger, and they can tank a lot of damage even from mages below their level. The higher up in rank they go, the longer they can live as their vitality becomes stronger. Knights are immune to the magic spells of mages 2 ranks below them.

Each Knight can only use their rank of weapon or below. Weapons rank from 1-10

While Knights can't feel or use magica, it still helps them with cultivation subconsciously as it is used to strengthen their bodies.

The Biggest advantage the Knights have is their numbers and their bodies. Mages are rare in the world of Vilmoria, and skilled mages are very few. If the Knight can enter close combat with the Mage, then the Mage will most likely perish.

Rank 1 Trainee knight:

Early Middle Late

life expectancy is 60-80 years. The body begins hardening and strengthening. 

Rank 2 Page Knight:

Early Middle Late

Life expectancy is 80-100 years. Allows use of heavier rank 2 weapons body becomes harder rank 1 weapons no longer harm the knight.

Rank 3 Squire Knight:

Early Middle Late

Life expectancy 100-140 years Allows use of rank 3 weapons immune to rank one trainee mage spells.

Rank 4 Twaller Knight: 

Early Middle Late

Life expectancy is 140-180 years. This is the rank of the top power in the Kingdom of Romanium which both the king and Marshal General have reached.

Rank 5 True Knight:

Early Middle Late Peak

Life expectancy is 180-300 years. This is the rank where a knight truly becomes a knight. The muscles explode with power, and vitality shoots up, allowing the knight to live longer. This also allows the knight to hold much heavier weapons using rank 5 enchanted weapons.

Rank 6 Explosive Knight:

Early Middle Late Peak

Life expectancy is 300-500 years. At this rank, a knight can punch down a stone wall with his bare hands.

Rank 7 Chabel Knight

Early Middle Late Peak

Life expectancy is 500-800 years. At this rank, a knight's body becomes thick, and only a tier 7 weapon can puncture their chest. A rank 6 weapon can still cut through their neck.

Rank 8 Deneve Knight:

Early Middle Late Peak

Life expectancy 800-2000 years. This rank is the second evolution of knighthood your body is constantly revitalising itself making life much longer.

Mage Ranks:

Mages are defined by their evolved pineal gland, which allows them to feel and utilize the elements around them. Although they have a weaker body, they are more explosively powerful and can live longer by utilizing their elements. 

The pineal gland holds magica. The more evolved the gland is, the more magica it can hold. Pineal gland rank ranges from Newly evolved to half evolved to fully evolved. The mage's talent can also affect the size of the pineal gland. 

Mages are rare, with only about 5% of the human population being able to use their pineal gland. 

Rank 1 Novice Mage:

Early Middle Late Peak

Life expectancy is 80-120. Trainee mages learn their elements and spells and attempt to grow their pineal glands to allow them to hold more magica. 

Rank 2 Apprentice Mage:

Early Middle Late Peak

Life expectancy is 120-200 years. Have understood their elements and can use basic spells freely. 

Rank 3 Mage:

Early Middle Late Peak

Life expectancy is 200-400 years. Can freely use intermediate spells.

Rank 4 Master Mage:

Early Middle Late Peak

Life expectancy is 400-800 years. This is the rank where you can start attempting to evolve your pineal gland to a half-evolved rank. 

Rank 5 Archmage:

Early Middle Late Peak

Life expectancy is 800-1500 years. This is the rank where the body evolves, becoming as strong as a rank 3 knight. People can fly at this rank using their elements.

Rank 6 High Archmage:

Early Middle Late Peak

Life expectancy 1500-2500 years. This is the rank that your body begins absorbing another element, so instead of 1 or 2 elements, you will have 2 or 3. 

Rank 7 Sorcerer:

Early Middle Late Peak

Life expectancy is 2500-4000 years.

Rank 8 High Sorcerer:

Early Middle Late Peak

Life expectancy is 4000-8000 years.
