Chapter 10

Ed woke up he was in his bedroom . The creature stepped towards him it unveiled its cloak of darkness. Ed starred intensely as the last tendril disappeared to reveal a purple dinosaur with cuddly fur and big nice eyes. It started dancing from side to side. Ed was spooked so he turned and ran. The creature didn't like this. As Ed watched in horror it's eyes rolled back to reveal bloodshot ones. It's fur lost its colour and turned greasy. It's mouth opened to reveal fangs dripping blood that rolled down its chin. It's fingers turned to long talons. Its toenails grew long and blood encrusted. Finally It's dark fur parted to reveal the faces of its victims. Screams echoed around the room eternally trapped inside their own faces. Finally the creature looked at him. Ed screamed and ran but the creature was faster it was no longer a fat cuddly dinosaur. It was a creature shrouded in mist. Ed changed direction but the creature consumed itself in a cloud of smoke and sped towards him it reappeared in front of him Ed tried to turn away but another one appeared in every direction he turned. Suddenly the mist touched him he couldn't move all the other versions disappeared to reveal the original. Ed's eyes turned white and he half walked half floated to the creature. Ed was covered in sweat from fighting against the mist he couldn't even scream. The creature brandished it's talon Ed prepared for the enevitable the creature raised its talon and brought it down on Ed...
