CHAPTER EIGHT.

"but before we go even further Cristobal," martin began, Cristobal faced him from his position, "about your father, he now knows where you are and he is determined to get you back in that cave. according to my cousin Leah, he is like obsessed with this at the moment," he informed him.

"of course he is, he lost the one thing he had complete control over." he replied almost amused, "as, for my mother, I simply do not care at this point," he added to martin's surprise. martin knew her very, in fact, she was his aunt and knew how much entitled she was. he thought if none of them cares for the other, it will be less of a conflict, his father was the problem. he was pushing this issue way too much. what does he want with this and him back in the cave? what else is he hiding? martin thought, "martin?" he gasped coming too, "you zoned out there for a good while," Cristobal told him with a raised eyebrow.

"Nothing, just something that has occurred to me," he replied, "Tell you what, why don't you handle this council business. I will follow up with y suspicions," he said standing up ready to leave. Cristobal just nodded and resumed his work.

"wait, stop-go back on this train thought martin," this was Amos who had to pause him from speaking, "now start again and a bit slower now," he asked as daniel joined them.

"I am saying, isn't alpha Jackson obsessing over this too much? he already knows Cristobal won't go back without a fight. no, he is preventing something from happening. I think Cristobal has a twin out there but much less powerful." he explained.

"Are you saying, he kept Cristobal locked up because he was just too powerful because they have another child who passed on is what? normal?" daniel asked trying to understand his theory.

"think about it, the moment we left the pack, we were branded traitors to the pack. that was unnaturally quick. and luna his wife does not even think of Cristobal or anything like that. plus she always tells the other lunas there is an heir to the pack. I think Cristobal has a twin out there." he clarified.

"a favored child and one locked up and seen as a freak." Amos said, "Cristobal might get even angrier at his own father than he is right now," he concluded. little did they know, he was past ahead of this theory and had gone as far as sending a spy out to look into it.

that night as he waited alone in the study arranging the desk, his spy returned, "your theory was true, you do have a brother. and he is nothing like we thought," the spy said walking in.

"Hmm, sounds like you have more," he replied sitting down on the sofa.

"plenty, the guy is a spoiled brat. he relies on his wolf and magic too much to a point it's annoying. when he is unable to read me, he threw a tantrum, never seen an adult throw, till that point in my life," he replied and Cristobal chuckled, "your mother and father just send or gives him whatever he asks for, and I learned, he will be at the city tomorrow night. to do what, I don't know but I do know he has his own smuggling drugs ring. he makes millions on top of being the mom and dad boy. it was well, unreal. I first thought of it as an act but turned out, I wasn't wrong," he added further.

"I know next to nothing about my mother, for her, as long as she stays away, we won't have any problems. as for the rest now, that's a song waiting to play," Cristobal said.

"well, good luck. I have to help dante now," he said leaving. Cristobal was left wonder who the hell is dante.

The following night, Cristobal got some shadow wolves and had them as his guards knowing this might get interesting and fast. he walked into the club and to the VIP section and sat in front of his brother. who gasped seeing him, "hello brother," his brother betas gasped, "missed me? I did miss you a lot," then smiled at their faces, "nice club, and I would not have a problem with it, if it was not in my territory," now all were speechless.

"How the hell are you out? you don't have a wolf! or magic!" his brother shouted at him. Cristobal laughed and leaned back on the seat.

"quite a deduction from a spoiled brat? did you think of that yourself? I know you are less of intelligent ones," Cristobal said just to test his limits, he was growled, "what tough kid? this is my territory, attack me and this club will burn. with you in it," he stopped and looked around, nothing stood out, "what? I am not that stupid. unlike you, I like a good game. father decided to keep you and lock me away. I just wonder, how much longer can he protect his dearest son?" he told him smiling.

"We shall take that as a threat to an alpha's son's life," one of the wolves spoke. Cristobal said, "silence," he went silent and he turned back to his brother, "yeah, or will he protect himself?" Cristobal smirked at that point.

"you don't plan on starting a war. that's illegal!" the brother said.

"now you want to teach me laws, pick a country, ask me about their laws. go on, don't be shy brother, better yet, pick a race from the paranormal. test me all you want," Cristobal said and waited. they were left speechless, even they knew if this was his territory, there is nothing they can do, "oh, someone killed the council, father happened to work closely with them," they gasped, "but there is a problem, I want to fight my father myself. I want to see that death zone skill he is so famous for. but I don't know, my alliance and I never caught the assassin responsible, it's a race brother, either he will get to father first or I will," he finished standing up, "it will be fun, isn't it brother?" he asked him walking away pocketing his hands. he walked out and half of the club left. that's when they knew just how much trouble they were in.
