New Mission

Part 2: Blinding Pain

Sindy and Andrew walked down a narrow hallway toward Nathan's room. It had only been a week since they had completed their mission back at Lamara Village. They were only given a single day to rest before they were thrown back into rigorous training with Instructor Brady.

Fortunately for them, the Instructor was currently held up in a meeting that gave them some needed time to relax. It was only after coming back from the test mission that they realized just how sore their bodies were. Rest was something that they were lacking, but it wasn't something held in abundance at AA.

"Man, I feel like visiting Nurse Donna as soon as I get the chance. I don't know how these monsters can train and go on missions so often without feeling like a robot! I feel like 60 years old right now!" Complained Andrew.

"We should just be happy that we got a break. I'm relieved that the Instructor was called to a meeting today," stated Sindy.
