Chapter :-127 Emotions (Part-1)

2083, Japan, Tokyo….

"No…! You shouldn't eat so much ice-cream…. it's bad for your teeth!" Rebekah was greatly annoyed by the fact that Minoru was allowed to eat as much ice-cream and chocolate as he wanted while she had to follow a proper diet chart.

It didn't make sense for her to do so because of her being an Original Vampire, her body wouldn't lose or gain weight even if she did eat a lot.

She had a sweet tooth and just couldn't resist the allure of chocolate and ice-cream but not only Henrik but Nik and Elijah too would warn her about eating too much of it.

Why was Minoru allowed to eat chocolate and ice-cream while she was asked to refrain from doing so?

Actually, the reason behind this was fairly simple. Rebekah was a messy eater who would forget all her table manners in the presence of sweets.

Like a kid, she would think of her face as a blank canvas which needed to be painted upon using the chocolate and the ice-cream. If seen in public, the whole world may troll the Mikaelson family with memes filled with chocolate and ice-cream.

Neither Henrik nor any other Mikaelson wanted that to happen. Imagine various companies giving tons of chocolate and ice-cream instead of money to Rebekah so to hire her services for constructing a structure.

Truly embarrassing…..

"Oh! come on Rebekah-nay, I know you have hidden some ice-cream in your room. Give me some please~…." Minoru was a 6-year-old boy with blue eyes and blue hair. He had short hair and an unusually handsome face for a kid.

Apparently, Rebekah had secretly ordered some ice-cream from Zomato and had hidden it inside the fridge within her room, so that she can later enjoy eating when no one's around.

"I don't know what you are talking about…?" Rebekah turned her head sideways and glanced at the bright sun which returned her stare with a glare of his own, as if angry on the fact that she was acting all innocent.

"Humph!….fine! I will just go and ask Nik-nee to buy me some ice-cream, you are mean to me…!" Off-course Minoru didn't believe her for a second. He was a kid, not a fool. He immediately booked a taxi for Rebekah so she could go on a guilt trip with Niklaus being the driver.

"No…no!, I am not mean to you Minoru, don't you remember the chocolate cake I baked for you!? Just yesterday weren't you saying that 'Rebekah-nay is kind to me!', what happened today!?" Being 2-Millenium old had some perks, one of them was being smart. Rebekah immediately cancelled her guilt trip reservation and booked one for Minoru instead, she herself being the driver.

"But…but you hide the chocolate from me! I really want to eat it. Rebekah-nay, please get me one….please!" Rebekah was too Op for a 6-year-old, Minoru immediately abandoned the thought of confronting Rebekah head-on and retorted to using the special "puppy face" attack.

"Haaa….fine! But don't tell Henrik otherwise he will start on with his lecture on why you shouldn't eat too much chocolate. When it comes to the matters of diet, Henrik becomes a sore pain in the ass!" In the face of the mighty "puppy face" attack, Rebekah was left with no counter and had to admit defeat in front of the cutest Mikaelson.

"Rebekah-nay, you shouldn't say that word in front of me otherwise Henrik-nee would also give you a free crash course on how to speak in front of children." Minoru immediately copied Henrik's way of talking and sternly spoke to Rebekah like Henrik does when she eats too many muffins.

"Hah….you are no child, you are a permanent pain which wouldn't go away…." Seeing the image of her annoying brother Henrik, overlapping with another one of her annoying brothers, Rebekah spoke in a dissatisfied tone.

"Ok, that why rude….." Minoru once again pointed towards Rebekah, who was being rude.

"So are you….now let get the chocolate before someone catches us sneaking about the kitchen." Rebekah just rolled her eyes and motioned Minoru to quietly follow behind her.

"Sure, lead the way nay-san…." Minoru spoke in a hushed tone as he tip-toed behind his elder sister.

It had been 6-years since Henrik decided to adopt Minoru as one of their own. The whole world was shocked by his decision as it was a known fact that the Mikaelson family purebloods. His sudden decision to adopt Minoru as one of his own was too surprising for everyone.

The 10-Masters clan were worried that the Kudou clan may seize too much power but an official statement from Henrik calmed them down. The Mikaelson family didn't care what happens with the Kudou family, they wouldn't interfere in any shape, face or form.

When asked why Henrik adopted Minoru, Henrik replied with a simple answer.

"He has a talent for [Force]…."

Though the answer left a lot to be demanded, much to others dissatisfaction, Henrik had already concluded the reason behind his decision.

His family weren't all that enthusiastic about Henrik's decision but supported him nevertheless, they owned him happiness and they just wanted to be with Henrik forever, like his elder siblings.

The first few months were hard for everyone as they tried to interact with Minoru but after some time, they gradually opened up to the cute and adorable Minoru and started treating him like family. Especially Nik and Elijah, both of them had the least experience at handling a child when compared to their sisters.

Minoru was a quiet child who would just sit and stare at the art which Nik painted as if appraising the master painter's art. Nik at first thought that he would be annoyed by the little child but was pleasantly surprised by the fact that whenever he was around, Minoru would never cry and just silently sit and stare at him with his big eyes.

While Nik enjoyed the stillness, Elijah was the proper nanny for the cutest Mikaelson. Carrying him behind his back whenever he was at home after finishing with the business work. Elijah liked Minoru a lot and would always hum a melody to calm him down whenever he would cry.

Seriously, Elijah was so good at it that you would probably mistake him for some woman with tons of experience with newborns.

Freya was currently exploring the [Great Tomb of Nazarick] together with Henrik as both the brother and sister were trying to find a clue about the origin of [Kyber crystal].

They would occasionally teleport back home to spend some time with Minoru while also teaching his Modern Magic, Ancient Magic, Force and hand-to-hand combat techniques.
