"Isla don't close your eyes," said Nada.

"Umm," Isla struggled with the pain.

"How can you be so careless? How can you not know that you are taking the drug? Isla huh-- leave it," nagged Nada.

Nada stopped the car in front of the Military hospital. She got down from the car and walked Isla inside. It was almost midnight so there were not many people in the hospital.

"Nada, call 'Aegeus'. He knows aah- the antidote t-t-to this drug," said Isla while groaning from the pain.

Nada frowned but agreed with Isla anyway.

"Oh ok. I'll call him now," assured Nada.

Nada brought Isla to the private room and made her lay down on the bed. All the doctors on duty saw Nada so they rushed behind her. And followed her to the room. There were four doctors. All of them were trusted doctors of Dain family.

They were loyal to the royal families and never tried to deceive them. At first, Isla was hesitating and felt that letting them in will bring trouble but Nada assured her that, these doctors can be trusted. So eventually she agreed.

"What happened to her?" asked one of the four doctors.

"She was drugged," said Nada.

"Looking at her condition it looks like it was an aphrodisiac," said the other doctor.

In the car, Isla had removed her wig and loosened her chest-binders as they were suffocating her. That's why doctors were able to tell that she was a girl.

Nada nodded at the doctor and said,

"Yes most likely. But I want you to promise me one thing."

"And that is?" asked one of the doctors.

"I want you all to keep her information and condition sealed from the outside world. Even if the King Orhan asked don't tell him. And one more thing call Dr 'Aegeus'," Nada added.

"For the first part, we agree. But you know Princess we don't have the power to call 'him' here," replied a doctor.

"Call him and tell him 'the most important person' in his life is in a critical condition," said Nada massaging her temples.

"What? most important person?" exclaimed one of the doctors.

Nada also frowned it was what Isla said to her in the car.

He was the eldest out of the group and knew who 'Aegeus' was and most important person in his life was no other than the other miraculous doctor. Aegeus once said that if there is anyone who can surpass him is her. In the medical field, both 'Aegeus and that mysterious Doctor' were famous prodigies.

Both of them were famous and their level of fame was not inferior to the other. Both doctors were ruling the medical world. They were ideals of all the medical practitioners.

While the other three were looking at him with confused eyes, Nada was on the verge of losing patience. She glared at four of them and yelled,

"Go and call him here quickly."

The doctors snapped out of their thoughts and hurriedly went to make the arrangements.

The eldest one who was fanboying on 'Aegeus' quickly came back to Isla's room with a laptop.

Nada tracked 'Aegeus's' phone number from his IP address. She gave the number to the doctor and told him to call 'Aegeus'. The doctor then called 'Aegeus' from his phone.

The phone rang three times and on the fourth, it was picked up. A cool voice came from the other side and said,

"What?"

The poor doctor trembled slightly due to the cold voice and stuttered,

"A-Aegeus?"

"Yes," replied Aegeus from the other side.

"We need you please come to the hospital," said the doctor.

"Doctor, I don't go to the hospitals to solve cases and wait how did you get my number?" asked Aegeus.

"The most important person in his life, no, your life is in a critical condition," said the doctor.

Isla's condition was worsening every passing second. Her complexion was pale in one moment and the other moment she is blushing crimson red. The room was blasting with air-conditioner but Isla was sweating profusely.

Seeing her best friend like this Nada lost her rationality and snatched the phone from the Doctor. She signalled the doctor and told him,

"GET OUT."

The doctor immediately ran out of the room.

Nada then put the phone on her ear and said in a harsh tone,

"Aegeus come to the military hospital right now."

"If you're asking me to come for the most important person in my life then tell my real name," said Aegeus.

"You fu*kin' bast*rd," cursed Nada.

"Nada, Umm b-b-bring it h-er-here," Isla struggled to talk.

Nada brought the phone near her and put it on speaker mode.

When the man called Aegeus heard Isla's voice his heart thumped loudly. He felt as if he was dreaming.

Isla beard with the pain and stutter while she spoke,

"A-Aegeus, Ivan. Aahhhh," shouted Isla.

The man was dumbfounded hearing his name coming from her mouth. He stood up abruptly when he heard her shout.

"Isla Isla are you alright. Don't worry princess I'm coming right now," said Aegeus aka Ivan.

Nada hung up the phone. She gave Isla some injections to relief some of her pain. But it was not helping much.

Nada looked at Isla who was struggling with the pain. She said to herself,

"When will that man come?"

After exactly ten minutes, Nada heard a commotion outside the room. She frowned and looked at Isla. She had given Isla anaesthesia shot so she was relaxed for now.

"Be good, I'll be just back," said Nada to Isla who was looking rather with half-closed eyes.

Isla weakly nodded at Nada.

Nada went out and saw the hospital staff rushing towards the top floor. Isla's room was located on the forty-ninth floor. And the hospital had fifty floors in total. She frowned and thought,

'The above floor is the rooftop. Why are they going there?'

She stopped a nurse and asked her,

"What is going on?"

The nurse was new. She scrutinized Nada from head to toe. And then replied in a haughty manner,

"It is none of your business."

Nada scrunched her brows and glared at the nurse. The nurse flinched but stood her calm and returned Nada's glare.

The nurse was going to say something when Nada heard the sound of a helicopter. She looked out from the floor-to-ceiling window and saw the helicopter with the mark of IA. Nada's eyes sparkled.

'He is here.'

Nada ignored the nurse and ran towards the elevator. the nurse was shocked by Nada's running and followed after her shouting,

"Hey, you mad woman stop right there.

You are not allowed to go there."

She was late by a second. The door to the elevator was already closed. The nurse cursed under her breath and took the stairs to go up to the rooftop.

The nurse were ascending the stairs and cursing Nada,

"Crazy woman. When you saw someone big coming you immediately ran to look for them.

You just wait let me get a hold of you.

The chairman will punish you for me. How dare you ignore me.

And take my bonus away.

The doctor told me to not let anyone go to the rooftop.

What should I do now?"

The nurse opened the door to the rooftop and breathed in heavily,

"Finally I'm here."

She saw NAda from the corner of her eye and muttered,

"You just wait crazy woman."

Nada, on the other hand, was looking at the helicopter landing. She was waiting for him to quickly get off the helicopter and go with her to Isla's room.

She was so absorbed in Isla's worry that she didn't saw the nurse coming her way.

The helicopter landed on the helipad and a tall and regal man got out from it. He was Aegeus aka Ivan Isla's brother. Nada only knew him as a famous doctor Aegeus. She didn't know he was also Isla's brother.

She was going to tell him to come quickly when she felt someone grab her hairs hard and yanked her backwards.

Nada winced at the pain. The four doctors from before were present there also. They were shocked at the nurse's doing.

The eldest out of them quickly went towards them and told the nurse to release Nada.

"But doctor, she came here without your permission. I tried to stop her but she wouldn't listen. Such a whore. I'll teach her for you," said the nurse.

The doctor was cut off by Aegeus,

"I didn't know that your staff was so competent."

The nurse thought that he was praising her. So she quickly bowed to him and said,

"Thank you for your praise sir."

"Dr Will (the eldest doctor) I didn't know that your staff is so brave to touch a Royal Princess," said Aegeus in a vexed tone.

"No no Aegeus we. I'm sorry for her behaviour and you too princess I'm very sorry," Dr Will said turning and nodding towards Nada.

Nada ignored them and said,

"Come quickly she is in pain."

Aegeus instantly followed behind Nada.

"What happened to her?" asked Aegeus.

"She was drugged with aphrodisiac," replied Nada entering the elevator.

"Hmm, the name?" asked Aegeus.

"I'm not sure but maybe it is Q4D7," replied Nada.

"What who was so daring to give her that drug. Audacious," roared Aegeus.

Nada gave him a side glance and said,

"Can you please calm down."

"How can I calm down. Princess, you're also studying medicine, Right? How do you to know that this is the most dangerous aphrodisiac on the market?" shouted Aegeus.

He banged the elevator's wall and said,

"Why this damn thing is so slow?"

"What? how dangerous it is?" asked Nada in a quivering voice.

Aegeus looked at Nada and sighed.

He replied,

"At most, it is so dangerous that a person experiencing it will feel burning sensation in one second and cold the other second.

Also if that person has a weak immune system he can die in twelve hours of consuming this drug.

And......" he trailed on.

"And?" asked Nada.

"If the antidote is not given on time the person can fall into a coma if not die," Aegeus added.

"What?" exclaimed Nada.

"How long has it been since she consumed the drug?" asked Aegeus.

*Ting the elevator door opened.

Both of them exited the elevator and entered Isla's room.

"I- I don't know but looking at her condition it must have been at least seven hours," said Nada.

Aegeus sighed and said holding the doorknob.

"We only have four hours. Pray for her."

"She said that you have the antidote," said Nada stopping him from entering the room.

"It is incomplete," replied Aegeus and entered the room.

Nada followed him in and saw Isla lying on the cold floor. She had perspiration on her forehead.
