Imprisoned
ALICE
Dark grey walls. Iron clad doors. One squared glass window. Dull empty room space. Cold hard floor. One companion. Ten meters away.
I can't call out to this person. My strength is too drained. I can't lift a finger. The deadly poison like pain is destroying my energy, piece by piece, limiting my movements. My blood is flowing out at an alarming rate. I can only open and close my eyelids. My vision is blaring in and out before my eyelids. My consciousness is slowly slipping away, leaving the remaining me…with nothing but despair and dread.
The sun drips its rays from the small crevice of my window. I can't see a single spot of white cloud. Probably blown away by the strong wind. No one remembers what shape those pure white clouds takes today, or yesterday, or the day before that….
I inhaled a shaky breath.
The sky...
Is a vast space of bright emptiness. The colors, are like a streak of different shades of blue, splash across the faraway sky.
