A stroll in the night sky
“Climb on my back, I’ll take you to the inn.” He said, his claws digging on the ground now, his eyes digging holes on her.
“But they’ll see you… in this state now…” She said.
“I’ll find a way somehow.” He said. “Quick.”
She instantly climbed on his back, holding her dress from getting torn and feeling his hard scale grazing her skin.
“Grab on tight.”
Once she’s settled in, Raziel sat upright as his wings flapped, now flying. It didn’t take long for them to be in the sky. Vienna’s slight nervousness soon vanished the moment the cold air swept past her skin. She looked down, seeing the trees look like ants from their line of sight. From up here, the town of Orcia looked small.
Vienna looked at Raziel, who was silent since then.
“You know…I’ve been dying to get on your back and ride you.” She said and Raziel gruffed.
Her eyes winded, realizing she said the wrong words. “Oh…that came out wrong.”
