Evelyn's Past
Rex had not expected that the two men he had sent to investigate Evelyn's past would suddenly appear tonight.
He had been hoping to find out about Evelyn's past before because he had wanted to ensure that she didn't have any link with the Royal Family of Zamorin. It was his way to ensure that she was not here to harm Regan.
But a few days back, he had decided to treat Evelyn as one of his people. So he had stopped thinking about it.
However, the people had already been sent and he couldn't really call them back as he knew they must already be in Zamorin. So he could only let things go as they were going.
But after whatever happened today, he decided to hear whatever the man had found.
So he took the two men to his chambers.
