Is Exp Worth it?

He tries to sleep in the spot he's designated, He got some sleep but woke up because of the commotion.

"Huh, what's that sound"

He opens his eyes to see 2 groups fighting arguing against each other. He walks up to them The first group speaks.

"No! You can't just kill these people who were hiding for Exp!"

"So what are you going to do about it? Stop me? You know I have the best stats here since I already killed a few of those monsters."

"I'll try anyway!"

Adrian finally speaks so he can go back to sleep later

"Can you guys shut the hell up?"

"Huh, who are you?"

"I'm the Devil or something now stop making so much noise."

"What? No! Why would I Shut up for the likes of you!?"

Adrian looks at him with a cold stare, it's as if the other guy can see his stare through his mask

"Because I'm trying to sleep"

"Well that isn't a good enough excuse! I might need to cut you down for bothering me!"

The person swings at Adrian with a sword but, Adrian's Mask already gave him pretty high durability

"What? But, your armor sucks! They can't be more than C Rank!"

"I don't really give a crap about that, now stop talking."

A sense of fear strikes into the other person

"O-Ok fine I'll stop"

Adrian goes back in his area and tries to sleep, about 5 hours later he wakes up because of another commotion

"EVERYONE EVACUATE!"

Apparently a wave of monsters were coming for the subway so most people by now were already evacuated

"I really can't get a good sleep in this world."

The wave of monsters was estimated to come in around 40 minutes, so Adrian decided that he'd get some exp He waited around 50 minutes until the wave actually came. By this time all people except him evacuated.

"Now it's time to test this scythe for real."

The Wave started to appear in sight. Adrian ran that way. He reached the wave and started slashing with his scythe, his body somehow still knowing how to use it. He slashed through tens of monsters most likely the highest in the country currently since it's only been two days. After he was finished with the first wave a bunch of pop-ups appeared. "B Rank killed x1 C Rank Killed x4 D Rank killed x8 E Rank killed x15 F Rank killed x23" "Calculating exp" "Gained 30,750 exp" "Leveled up 21 Times" "Current level 23" He divided his stat points into speed, health and strength.

"Alright I think I got enough levels I will leave before the second wave comes and check the items I got from killing them."

He leaves the scene, arriving at an abandoned house. He enters the house it is still empty with no one hiding here.

"Seems good enough"

he sits down and checks his items "B rank pants unlocked" "Equip?" He presses yes. "C+ rank sword unlocked" "Equip?" This time he presses no, since he already has his scythe. He goes around the house looking for food until he realizes something. He can open up the system menu

"Wait what? what is this button in my vision?"

He opens up the menu, then presses "Buy" He's able to buy weapons and armor but most of them are expensive. He most important thing there is a button that says "necessities" He presses on it bringing him to a shop of food, water and basic hygenic products.

"This is useful but most of the stuff are expensive"

He buys some food and water and puts it in his inventory that he found out right before. It's every expensive but he got some money from the monsters he had just killed. It also has a time limit, every 12 hours the shop is restocked with new goods. He drinks some of the water and puts the rest back in his inventory.

"Alright I'll get out of this abandoned house now"

He goes to the front door and tries to open it "Error, Must find key. Reward: B Rank Shoes"
