A riot, the mass of negative energies spread through the ley lines of the world, infecting those who are connected or blessed by the Ninth Herald's abundance, from the first wielder up to Kirisame.

This kind of crisis surely will be heard, even amongst the ranks of the other Heralds. One such example is the organization that is meant to discern and eliminate threats that can affect the balance of the world; [Thunder Clouds].

Unlike the [Swords]'s Headquarters, the base of [Thunder Clouds] is a lot more noiseless. All of them, from staff up to the officers, are professionals on their own. No guests are allowed, except envoys duly sent by the other Heralds.

The news got to them fast, there have been incidents of it around Tokyo which has been resolved quickly as soon as it took place. The Thunder Clouds really did live up to their professionalism.
