The Married Life Of Immortals

{Disclaimer: The women in this book are highly dysfunctional and violent. If you are not a fan of Tsudere's and Yandere's, this might not be your cup of tea, and the MC is an asshole.} Bane Takashi is a criminal with a knack for getting into trouble—big trouble. After one too many bad choices and a whole lot of theft, he’s got half the world gunning for him. Just when things seem bleak, a mysterious transparent blue woman shows up claiming she's an AI from the future, sent to stop the world from going down the drain. Her solution? Bane has to let his current body die so he can jump into a game world, ten years before it even launches. When Bane wakes up in the game, he’s in the body of a 5-year-old, but with all his memories still intact. He's stuck on an island with the Village of Heroes at its heart. It's here that Bane starts mastering every type of magic, mysticism, and even some wild stuff like witchcraft and cultivation, all to gear up for the craziness that is Dominion Online. Things get even more chaotic when Bane meets a fiery woman who seems to have it out for him. But before he can even figure out what’s happening, she’s already planning their wedding! So now, Bane—an immortal human—and his equally immortal and chaotic elf wife are on a wild ride to save the world(s) from these big bads known as the Supreme Ones. His life might not be so bad if she was the only one, but his overwhelming personality ends up pulling a few more dysfunctional women into the mess. It’s a crazy, toxic, and chaotic adventure, and just because Bane’s being called a hero now doesn’t mean he’s leaving his criminal past behind. Discord: https://discord.gg/7ZDTTCq99Z

Chapter 60: Can't Clean That

Bane walked up to the Shattered Plate, but he didn't go inside at first. Instead, he went to look in the windows to see if Lysia was there. Thankfully, after a bit of looking, Bane decided that it was safe to enter. The moment he did, he froze as soon as he walked in the front door.

"Took you long enough to get here," Lysia said from the chair that she was sitting on beside the door. It was out of sight, so no amount of looking would have helped Bane. "Surprised? I suppose you would have been here sooner if you weren't trying to hide from me, right?"

Bane put up his hands. "I have had enough fighting for this morning. Please save the rest for after lunch. I didn't even get breakfast!"

Lysia nodded. "We are in a public space, so we will act accordingly, but don't think I have forgotten about this morning."
