Waking up the next day, we are Awoken by cracking sounds and shouts, How the fuck did they find us?! I shake Rem, and she mumbles- "a few more minutes."

I remove the sword from my inventory to see the handle glowing. "FUCK! I knew it! They were tracking us!" Rem sat up and looked at the sword, and then glared at me.

I frown "How was I supposed to know the sword had some kind of tracking on it!"

she just raises an eyebrow and I sigh.

"Next time before storing enemy equipment in your gate, let me examine it."

I nod, and smile at her, "Sure thing beautiful."

She blushes. and we both stand up, just as the ice that looks like rock is blasted inwards.

I check our current cultivation.

I frown, looks like i cant get further without getting smacked around a bit.

I look at Rem, and see that she is at lesser celestial Full circle as well.

I notice that all the samurai outside are at Lesser Celestial low 1. All of them are middle class Samurai.

"I, 1st seat of the Kurochi clan, the true born heir of samajima Kurochi, have been ordered to capture you alive, do not resist or die! My name is Haru Kurochi I am a Highest noble Samurai. You are surrounded by Middle class Samurai, I, However am a Samurai, of the threat destruction division."

I frown, as I can't feel his relative power to mine, just knowing it totally eclipses me and Rem.

"I Propose a challenge," I say, "I have nothing against your country, besides the fact you tried to illegally sell both of us into slavery."

I'm lying of course, I would burn this country to the ground in a moment if I had the chance. for its brutal practices.

"What do you propose, I am interested." "If we can defeat your subordinates in Duels, not killing a single one, You will let us go. A marathon, one for each of us. If we are defeated, we will go willingly. Otherwise if you do not accept we will together move forward to attempt to kill as many as we can before escaping or dying. I want the least amount of bloodshed possible."

He frowns, "Very well. I will accept this deal. The deal is void if you kill any of my subordinates though."

I can tell he is going to betray the agreement as soon as all his subordinates are down. Jokes on him, we are refreshed at every increase of cultivation.

And this is the perfect opportunity to close the gap.

He nods to the weakest of the bunch, and points to Rem, He then points to the tall muscular one who has the same level of cultivation. I look at rem, as she presses a mechanism on her Morningstar that retracts the spikes, and I nod at her.

She nods back.

the Samurai surround us after separating us. Two circles.

One with me and one with Rem.

He just scoffs, and raises his katana above his head in a stance one hand in to guard, and the sword above his head horizontally. I think I've seen that from Ghost of Tsushima. He charges just as I get into a water stream rock smashing fist stance. I Deflect his oncoming blade, with a wave of my hand, and he attempts to push the sword into my gut from another position- quickly transitioning from a swipe to a stab. He then, moves quickly, cutting into my shoulder shallowly. SHIT that hurts. I tighten my muscles, to make his blade stuck. and it works.

he lets go of the sword, and attempts to punch me in the gut, he succeeds three times before I knock him out by smashing him in the face, sending his helmet flying and dislocating his jaw.

I pull the sword out and drop it to the ground. Damn that hurts.

The wound Regenerates but no one can see it due to the big shoulders of this butlers outfit.

the next opponant is dealt with swiftly and easily, He rushes forward, as I redirect the sword upwards, and as he pushes it down, I slide to the side, and plant my foot under his chin. smashing him upwards as he is knocked out. This happens in less time than it takes to take 1/4 of a breath.

"You have both defeated two samurai. How long can you last?"

I hear the leader say, as the next two step forward. this one is stronger and is holding his blade with two hands, one on the handle and one on the hilt. he seems to be waiting for me to act, He'll be disappointed as I notice he two handed stance is an Iado Stance. I'm not dumb enough to run in and get myself killed. I pick up a rock and toss it at his head.

He isnt expecting it, but he quickly cuts it in two.

I run forward, but he is already sheathing his katana for another rush. I spin, rudicing the momentum of the blade against my skin. as such, he isn't able to get a full hit in with an Iado strike So I shove my elbow into the back of his head. He crumples to the ground. and then the 4th samurai steps forward. I grin, as I see another notification.

---- "Good," Haru said. "I wonder if you can take two of my men at the same time." A savage glint appeared in Haru's eyes as he said this, and two Middle class samurai approached each of us.

Noticing this, I decided to stop playing around. "Rem, Lets step on the crescent moon."

"Right, Lets do it!" she replied, preparing to stop holding back.

we both start using [Stepping on the crescent moon] while combining them with our current fighting techniques. Stepping forward, I appear behind the two samurai that approached me.

Rem quickly handled the other two.

I noticed after reaching the 6th level of the basic cultivation in Lesser Celestial, I saw that Haru's physique was equal to only 1 Standard realm above us.

We can definitely take him together, and even if we can't we can at least escape after injuring him.

We knock out the rest of them.

I grin. "Rem, what do you think about killing these slaving bastards while they are down."

She grins savagely, her eyes turning cold. "I think it might be quite appealing."

her dulled circular morningstar suddenly opens up with several spikes appeared from the holes and made a clicking sound. Locking in place, looking incredibly sharp and ready to destroy anything it hits.

I charge forward As Haru dismounts his horse fancily, jumping towards me with hands on his two katana. Noticing the strange stance, and feeling danger. I abort the action.

jumping backwards, I use Stepping on the crescent moon to appear behind him.

Attempting to use [No More descendants kick] as a distraction, I notice Rem has smashed the downed samurai and decide to move backwards the second I feel more danger.

"BASTARDS!" I hear Haru shout.

"Oh, the only bastards I see are you. A country built on slavery is worthless and should be eradicated. I don't expect someone born here who has exploited others for so long to understand! So just die!!"

In his rage, he doesn't notice the Morningstar coming from behind him.

The second it hits him, the back of his armor is smashed inwards, crushing his spine.

I smash forwards with [Water stream rock smashing fist.] To break his neck as he is launched towards me.

But he disappears.

My eyes widen as he is able to appear two steps to the side, now without his armor and wearing a scary smile. "This is my divine blessing of nine lives. Every time I die, I can revive. I have died once of nine possible times, But how long can you last?!!"

He charges, But I shout. "Rem! Stepping on the Crescent move Jojo Style!"

In the past three days I have taught Rem a few keywords.

"Got it!" We charge forwards, Only to pass right by him and towards the border. I had thrown away what they used to track us and his travel speed is a lot slower than us. On our way out, Rem smashes the head of the Horse and we escape.

Hours later, we stealthily pass the border into the Vollachia Empire.

3 days later we are half way through the vollachia empire, and are approaching Rupgana. Soon, we will be in Lugnica.

Slavery being outlawed in Lugnica, we would be allowed to find work there and train.

3 days after passing through Rupgana, We had evolved our cultivation technique into [Eternal Immortal Demon Body] We had also Reached [Lesser Celestial Full Circle.] Needing a battle to enter the next stage.

Approaching the border, we decide to enter without using any form of stealth.
