This Means War

Mihir was surprised at what he just saw and how General Botho vanished in the blink of an eye with little to no resistance. He was not the one using the Key Of Chaos, it was the key using him.

Mihir shivered and his legs buckled at the thought of the other keys having similar effects, he was hesitant to pick it up but he could not leave it here either because this could not fall into the wrong hands. All the stories he had heard about the keys looked to be false because that was a sentient being that manifested from it, it was not just some condensed energy sucking him in.

Mihir picked up the key but he followed procedure this time and did not even think of picking the key with his bare hands because he did not know what awaited him.

But Mihir was satisfied as he had accomplished his goal and that was the death of Botho.
