6 Coffee date

After a short, serious conversation with Mr. Miller, Drake went back to the parking lot with his assistant. His eyes glinted as he saw Mirena from a distance.

She was talking with Cyril about something important. Her face looked different from last night as if she had real problems to deal with.

Trace cleared his throat, catching Drake's attention. He knew for sure that he found her too perfect despite his true intentions.

After all, they were both men and they shared the same nature when it comes to women.

"I thought she's not pretty in your eyes. It's obvious, dude!" He rubbed his nape and chuckled silently.

It was difficult to ignore the playgirl's charm and jaw-dropping body. Someone would willing to sleep next to her every single night and cherish her alluring scent.

Every man dreamed of a woman like Mirena. She's literally a definition of a bad, sassy girl who doesn't care about other people's feelings and lives.

But her happy days started to fade away when Drake Quinn entered her life once again.

Drake slightly tilted his head and loosened up his necktie. He wanted to make his plans come true before he have a change of mind.

He didn't want to waste everything in exchange for a foolish feeling toward the woman he hated for how many years.

This is his greatest opportunity to flip up the table and make her suffer. Drake made a promise to the heavens that he would never fall in love with her for the second time around.

He sighed, making a straight face before he approached Mirena.

"Mirena!"

"I've been looking for you around," he paused and glanced at the key in her right hand. "Are you leaving?"

Drake panicked when he noticed that she was leaving. He must do something to stop Mirena and convince her to go with him to the nearby coffee shop.

He spent all night long thinking about this plan. If he failed to succeed, everything would go to waste.

Meanwhile, Mirena shook her head and shut the door. She didn't expect to see him in the parking lot either.

It seemed like their world was comprised and made its way to get them closer. Of course, it would be an opportunity for her.

She turned around and smiled mischievously at him. "Obviously yes!"

"I don't know how to face you after what happened last night, but if you're not in a hurry we can go somewhere else to talk about it. What do you think?"

Drake listened to the sound of his heartbeat. It wasn't because of her charm, but the eagerness he kept within his heart.

Until now, he couldn't believe that he was dumped by an arrogant heir. He gave everything to her, thinking that she was the one for him.

But in a glimpse of the bright sun, Mirena Miller disappeared and never showed up again. It became the most horrifying truth he had ever experienced before.

If she could only remember her mistakes, Mirena would never dare to flirt with him last night.

However, even if she forgot about the first guy she fooled around with. Mirena couldn't lie that he was way too perfect just be a toy for a week.

And it made her smile every time he approached first. There was something she couldn't understand and one for sure, Drake Quinn caught her attention.

Mirena looked at the ceiling and bit the bottom of her lip. She wanted to flirt with Drake and it doesn't matter if they were in the parking plot.

She smirked, "Coffee shop? Why don't we just go somewhere else instead?"

Drake narrowed his eyes and pretended that he was a gentleman. He walked closer to her as he held back his breath.

But Mirena wrapped her arms around his neck, ignoring the people who saw her. Their judgment never made a difference in her life and she has the right to do anything without anyone's approval.

Her touch gave a tingling feeling to him, but he controlled himself.

"I don't want to take you for granted. I know you are a famous platform but it doesn't matter. You are a woman and I should respect you no matter what." he murmured which caught her guard down.

Since she became the heartbreaker, Mirena never met someone brave enough to say those words in front of her.

Every man she met wanted to own her body in a single night. Some of them dreamed to be her husband just because of their wealth. But none of them succeeded.

Before they could make a move, Mirena cut the ties after using each other for a week. It would always be a triumph to her side and never failed at all.

"Woah, I'm not still convinced that you are a good man, Mr. Quinn," she replied as she moved her hands down to his chest.

They were looking at each other's eyes, letting them speak instead of their mouths.

Drake remained still for a couple of minutes until Mirena surrendered. He didn't look away from her which was intimidating.

Fast as the cold wind, Mirena embarrassingly took her arms away around his neck. She couldn't believe that someone ignored her alluring charm and beauty.

But at some point, she found it too interesting. Drake is different from her exes and she couldn't wait longer to play with him for seven days.

A sweet smile suddenly flaunted on her face. She lifted her arms into the thin air and shook her head.

"I surrender. I am convinced that you are like an old-school guy." Mirena burst into laughter which insulted him.

He gritted his teeth and closed his fists. If only he could punch a woman to death, Drake would never hesitate to do it right now.

For a second, he almost set aside his plans today. Fortunately, he came back to his senses and handled what she just said with a jaw-dropping smile.

"You can call me that way, Ms. Miller. Shall we?" He offered his arm until she nodded and clung to him like they have known each other for so long.

Mirena giggled and thought of a naughty scene in her head.

"Damn, he's too hot and looking fresh!" she mumbled as soon as she entered his car.
