The sun rays filtered through the curtains casting a golden light on the designer tiles of the room and on her beautiful face. She squinted and hid her face in the layers of pillows lying beside her. Then a loud buzz rang out from beneath the sheets startling her and making her jerk up.
Ah Cy groaned loudly as she rubbed her sleepy eyes. The buzz continued making the sheets vibrate.
" Jeez!" Ah Cy mumbled as she began searching for the phone. By the time she found it, the ringing had stopped. This made her want to throw the phone aside but she stopped herself just in time. She couldn't afford to lose this one. With a sigh, she placed the phone on the bedside table and made to lie back down when it buzzed again, this time briefly. Ah Cy cursed as she picked it up. Who the hell was disturbing her peaceful sleep?
It was a text message from Jiu Ming. Of course, who else would it be?
