There were gasps of surprise all over the room. Chang Yang's first reaction was to clench her fists. Was this some sort of plan they had together? Did he know who she was? Du Wen was as shocked at first and then he smirked knowingly. His friend was taking his advice afterall, or so he thought!
Ah Cy on her part was as shocked as everyone else in the room. She hadn't expected that at all. What was he up to? She wanted to refuse, turn her back on him and walk out of the room but she saw the look in his eyes and the way he stared at her and she just couldn't. He got off the stage and began walking towards her. She could hear her heartbeat the closer he got. When he finally reached her and offered her his hand, she had already made her decision. She would dance with him, cause why not? It was just a dance afterall.
