Jane almost fell down but his hand caught her waist as he immediately brought her closer to his chest, "Are you okay ?" he asked her as he stood her back properly giving a few distance between them.

"Yeah am fine," Jane stammered to reply as she quickly looked away from him. Her mind has gone haywire and she quickly swallowed and said, "Thanks, I have to go now."

She quickly walked away, going into the company as she didn't dare to look back at him. She felt the man intense gaze on her and she wondered who was this man?.

She quickly walked over to the receptionist desk to sign out for the day as it was needed to all the workers that checked in during the day, to report back to the company and sighed out after their shoot.

She was thru signing out, so she quickly walked out of the company not daring to look up at anyone or wait for anyone's approach as she quickly walked towards her little car

As she was about opening her car door, she heard someone called her, "Hello! Hello Miss Jane!," and she almost freaked out as she turned to look at the direction of the person calling out her name, and the person quickly ran over to meet her at the car park, where she stood.

"Hi, sorry to bother you miss, actually my name is Peter, am sure you are aware the big boss is around," Peter said to her as he tried catching his breathe.

"Yes, I heard that, how may I help you?," Jane asked as she turned to face him.

"Am actually new here as this my first week of working here, so I really don't know who the big boss is," Jane said as she looked up at his face.

"Is okay, am sure you received a text from an anonymous person requesting for a blind date with you?," Peter questioned

"Yes, was that you?," Jane asked him in return.

"Well, obviously not me, but my boss. He seems to like you and asked me to send it to you. See you tonight," Peter said to her as he winked at her and turned, going back into the company.

Jane stared at the company, The three storey building and she saw the man on hat on the second floor staring at her direction where she had just spoken to the man called Peter now. She assumed the man on hat was the main boss and she swallowed hard as she wondered what this main big boss wanted from her. She opened her small car door and got into her car and she drove back home in worry, to prepare for the date.

As soon as Jane got home, she meet her father and Lexi whom stood in the receiving area discussing as her father was giving strict instructions to Lexi.

Jane wanted to tell him about her new work and she was more worried about the man in hat, she didn't know how to start explaining to her father the situation at hand, but she was worried sick as she needed someone to discuss the matter with.

Seeing his daughter worried face, Mr Dot Kones dismissed Lexi and called Jane over.

"Why do you look so worried my dear, what's troubling you?," He asked his daughter as he gave her a side hug, "My beautiful actress," Mr Dot Kones teased and Jane smiled.

"Father, I haven't even told you yet about my new job yet and you already know," Jane replied.

"I know, you should know that I also have eyes watching your every movement.. or don't you seem to like your new job, I can ask Lexi to check for another new job for you?." Mr Dot questioned and Jane tensed shoulders relaxed.

"It okay father, I can manage with this, besides I have been looking for a job since and now I found one let me try and work with them a little more before changing my mind," replied Jane.

"Okay! if you say so," Mr Dot Kones released Jane from the father-daughter hug and he turned and walk out of his mansion and called another of his boys to discuss with him.

Jane felt at ease to know her father cares and still monitor her every moves even though he didn't questioned her whereabouts, he still very much aware of her movement, She smiled and thought against calling Ashley while she went up the stairs going to her room to prepare for the blind date.

She took her time to apply her simple makeup after taking her bath and selecting the outfit she was going to wear.

Jane sat opposite her full wide mirror to dress up, she wondered why the man's presence was ice chilling, was he the same man, she will meet at the royals silver hotel, she gulped.

Jane took her time dressing as the hookup was scheduled at 8pm in the evening, she was thru preparing and she went out and drove to the venue in her small car.

Reaching at the Royals silver hotel, the place was filled to it brim and lively at such early hours of the night, Jane parked her small car in the parking lots and walked over to the main building, Reaching in front as she was about to enter the main building her mobile phone rang and she shifted to a side to answer the call.

"Hello," She spoke into the receiver.

"Hello little sis, where are you at and why's there so much noise there? Clubbing at these hour of the night?,' Ashley questioned as she heard the bubbling sound coming out from the welcoming area of the club.

"Huh, no big sis, just that I had a blind date to attend to and I don't really know whom the person requesting to see me his," Jane replied

"What! and you left home to hook-up with the person, why not cancel and reject the offer?" Ashley questioned as she felt her blood rise. "What's if he's some hooligan that wants to use you, please be careful sis, you know am not there to protect you, did you actually tell father about this date?," Ashley questioned again.

"Huh, no I didn't, besides father told me he has his boys monitoring my every move," Jane replied as she scratched her forehead, wiping off the bides of cold sweat that has formed as the huge wall clock placed in the entrance gate was displaying 15minutes after 8pm, she spoked to Ashley, "Not to worry big sis, I will be fine and play safe, I will call you as soon as I get back home, do take good care of yourself and my warm regards to Dave," Jane replied and she quickly ended the call, not wanting her sister to worry about her, besides she was no longer a kid.

Jane swallowed as she showed her invitation card to the guards in front of the Royal silver's hotel. After scanning Jane's card, the guards let her in, while some people that had been there before her were not allowed in until they had purchased the ticket that will allow them into the hotel.

Jane walked in slowly as she normally walks relatively slow cat walking. She raised her head up and an attendant quickly walked over to her to welcome her and usher her to a seat, "Welcome ma'am, Are you alone or a table of two?," The female attendant questioned.

"Hum, here's my invitation card," Jane showed her the card that Peter had given to her. The attendant immediately swallowed as their big boss was around and the card clearly shows that the invitation was from their big boss, she swallowed as she show Jane the way.

"Oh these way please, is a private hook-up upstairs," replied the female attendant and Jane quickly followed her from behind.

The female attendant was so jealous that she almost stumbled and fell on the stairs, if it wasn't for Jane, whom immediately caught her and held her back, "So sorry," Jane said to her and she thanked Jane, while they continued walking upstairs to the third floor.
