After leaving the cafeteria, Zac went straight to where he knew Dario would be.

He didn't want to fight Dario directly; he just wanted to be close enough to his nemesis to get in more trouble. He planned to provoke the delinquent into disobeying the order of The Vipers' leader. But that wasn't all he had in mind!

Within a few minutes of walking through the school corridors, he arrived at the classroom where Dario had his lesson after the first break of the day.

In the corridor in front of the classrooms in this part of the building, many students were standing around chatting while a few were coming and going.

There were toilets at either end of the hallway and two water dispensers in the middle of it.

He walked down it like someone who wanted nothing and took a seat in front of the classroom next to Dario's class, where some people just ignored him while others looked at him strangely as he stood there.

In Ushal, the high school had only a few compulsory subjects for all students. Most of the students' workload was spent on subjects of their own interest.

Zac didn't have any classes in that hallway, so few people there knew him.

In any case, he was an individual who was usually ignored or hardly approached for a chat.

The recent events involving him made him even less interesting to the people who usually mistreated him by making fun of him and even physically threatening him.

No one bothered him as he stood quietly in that place and looked in the direction of Dario's class.

When he saw Dario coming out of the break to join the class that would start in a little over a minute, he got up and walked to the exit of the hallway without looking at Dario.

Dario and one of his classmates immediately saw Zac and stopped in the middle of the hallway to watch the young blond guy walk past them without looking him in the eye.

"That bastard..." Dario muttered to his partner, who clearly got the message.

"Boss."

"This bastard is bolder than I thought," Dario said, clenching his fists tightly and looking back angrily. "He's clearly provoking me."

"Maybe it's because of Asa?" The young man beside Dario said as he turned his attention to his boss. "Asa failed to humiliate him earlier."

"Yes, that must be it. He's probably saying it wasn't enough." Dario muttered in a low voice as the students in the corridor began to file into their respective classrooms with the signal for the end of the break.

"What are we going to do?"

"Since that bastard wants trouble so badly, let's give it to him. Get Jamie to do something against him during the music class." Dario said as he walked to his classroom, seeing that the mechanics teacher was already on his way to the class.

"I'll send him a message."

After that, they greeted the mechanics teacher just before their class started.

As soon as the door to that classroom closed, Zac reappeared in the corridor, left the bathroom, and went to that place.

He sat down on the floor again, this time next to one of the windows in Dario's classroom.

These were windows with a special kind of technology that prevented the people inside from seeing outside but allowed anyone outside the class to see everything that was happening there.

Sitting two meters away from Dario, Zac quickly began to manipulate his electrical powers, and soon, a bluish, semi-transparent screen appeared in front of him.

Manipulating Dario's smartphone, which was in this person's backpack at the moment, Zac quickly navigated through it until he reached Ushal's most popular messaging app.

'Let's see if I can find anything compromising.' Zac thought to himself as he scrolled through Dario's contacts, especially the ones this boy talked to the most.

He found two contacts that made him narrow his eyes and forget the names that would surely be more revealing if he did a little digging.

But how could he look at other names when he saw that Dario had recently had several conversations with Kai and Sean?

'What the fuck?' Zac's expression changed when he saw that, and he left Kai's contact aside for a moment to see what Dario had talked about with Sean.

Zac's mouth went dry as his heart quickened and his pupils dilated after seeing their latest messages. He broke out in a cold sweat as he realized that this was no mere contact between two not-so-close colleagues but something quite meaningful.

From the small scroll bar on this page, it was easy to see that Sean and Dario had already talked a lot!

'Why did he give Dario information about me?' Zac wondered as his expression darkened when he saw that Sean had given Dario the address of the Small residence two days before the attack that had ended badly for two of The Vipers' men.

There had been few messages between the two after that, but it was clear that Sean knew what was going to happen and had been briefed on the night's results.

Sean had also told Dario everything that Zac had told him he had done during his days of suspension, from the beginning of his martial arts journey to things that should have been less relevant to Dario, such as his concern for Amy.

'Damn it! Sean betrayed me!' He stopped what he was doing and ran out of there.

'It wasn't for nothing that the bastard knew about Dario all the time! Who would know about that piece of shit being a member of The Vipers without being somehow connected to him? Fuck! I've been so stupid,' he thought and felt like smashing Sean's face in.

He ran to the place where he knew Sean was, feeling that he had to take care of this.

There were only a few people in this world that he respected and liked. Sean was one of them. But everything changed for Zac when he saw that compromising conversation!

Unfortunately, his day was about to get even worse!

When he arrived at his school's theater, where some students were now taking a drama class, he saw Sean at the back of the stage kissing a young blonde woman whom Zac would recognize even without seeing her face.

Her scent was enough for the blonde guy to identify who she was.

'Mia!'
