Caution in the Midst of Anger

When Zac saw Mia and Sean kissing, he found himself in a sea of lies.

Zac knew that Mia liked Sean, and although he liked her, he didn't feel he would ever have a relationship with her. He was just waiting for the day when he would mature enough to stop thinking about her the way he had for the past few years.

To be fair, he became more reasonable and less lost in the emotion of liking someone as beautiful as her so much every month. But he still needed time to get over her.

When he saw her kissing Sean, who had always said he didn't like Mia, Zac couldn't help but feel backstabbed.

Mia and Sean could do whatever they wanted. But Zac thought of Sean as a friend. He hadn't expected that the black-haired guy would lie to him and encourage him to do things that had no chance of happening.

Zac had taken the earlier comment as a joke, but now he saw the two kissing, he couldn't help but see that it all meant something entirely different for Sean.

'Sean...' He clenched his fists in hatred as he lost control of his powers, causing all the light bulbs in the theater to explode while he saw as clearly in the dark as if the lights were still on.

He stopped seeing the people naked and finally saw them in their clothes, stabilizing his vision for the first time since his awakening.

He didn't bother to look at Mia, but he couldn't help but look directly at Sean's face, who had just parted his lips from hers, and smiled in surprise at the surroundings.

Having already read what Sean had said to Dario recently, Zac realized this wasn't a friend but an enemy disguised as a friend.

That was the worst part of this discovery, which made Zac feel the pain of losing a friend.

'How stupid was I?' he asked himself, wondering how long that liar had fooled him.

But amid his realization, he couldn't help but feel a sudden emotion that made him stop walking towards Sean and Mia.

When he saw their smartphones on a chair near them, Zac pointed one of his hands and made Sean's device fly toward him.

With the device in his hand, he left the theater as quickly as he had arrived, leaving the people in the drama class stunned by the light bulbs that had just exploded.

"What happened here?"

"I don't know. I think we've had electrical problems in this area for the last two weeks. I've heard that various electrical devices have stopped working in classrooms and even in the principal's office."

"Hell, this school is falling apart."

A few students laughed as the teacher in charge of the class rushed to get someone to fix the problem.

Mia looked at Sean and laughed at the situation. "Maybe this is our chance."

"Oh?" He looked at her with interest and watched as she led him to a more secluded corner of the area.

"You're naughty, Mia. Behind your shy facade, you're no different from the rest." He commented as he entered a small room with her, not even bothering to leave behind their smartphones.

Sean had no feelings for Mia; that was the true part of his conversations with Zac about this girl. But Mia was beautiful and sexy, and he was a man at the peak of his hormones. Why should he turn her down?

He used her. That was the truth. But he wasn't doing anything she didn't want to do herself!

It didn't matter whether it was wrong or not. The fact was that he was going to enjoy her a little more this morning!

...

After leaving the school theater, Zac entered the computer room where the next class would begin in just 43 minutes.

He had access to this room because he was one of the tutors for the less advanced computer classes.

Upon entering the classroom, which was currently empty, he quickly used a cable to connect Sean's smartphone to his own device.

He could use his ability to see what Sean had been talking about without leaving a trace. However, he would need a lot of time to analyze the item with his ability, which wasn't feasible. Sooner or later, Sean would discover the disappearance of his device and go to the school authorities and the guards.

Zac didn't want any trouble, least of all that the data on this device would be erased by Sean activating his account on another device.

The best method for him was to copy everything he had on that device and transfer that information to his own!

He saw that Sean's device asked for a password, but Zac didn't even try to enter anything. He broke through that defensive barrier and quickly accessed everything on it.

He then transferred everything to his smartphone, soon noticing the progress bar go from 0% and pause for a moment at 15% with a message that it might take a few minutes.

'Damn you, Sean... Why did you betray me like that?' he thought as he watched the progress bar slowly advance.

What would make someone forget a friendship of almost 10 years? He didn't doubt that Sean had been a true friend up to a certain point.

The question was when that changed and what caused it.

Zac couldn't remember doing anything to justify such a betrayal, so he could only think that it had nothing to do with his actions.

'I think I'll find out through his conversations with Dario.' His eyes narrowed as he anxiously reached for his smartphone, 'After I've read all their messages, I'll see what he talked about with Mia.'

If Mia and Sean wanted to fuck each other, that was their problem. Zac couldn't complain or interfere in their affairs. But he wanted to know why they were sleeping together, why a guy he trusted was hiding something so simple from him.

He liked Mia, but he had always made it clear to Sean that he should do whatever he wanted. If she liked Sean and not him, that was fine. His friend didn't have to stop doing anything for him. All Zac asked for was honesty.

To tell the truth, Zac wouldn't have been so upset about this in other situations. He had often thought about the possibility that Sean had already been with Mia and hadn't said anything to avoid hurting him. But after that guy's betrayal by talking to Dario and giving such a person information about him, the young blond couldn't help but see things differently.

{100%...}

He watched the file transfer finish and pushed those thoughts aside, quickly disconnecting the two devices in his hands and leaving the computer classroom.

'I'll leave that piece of shit's smartphone in his backpack.' Zac thought as he walked into the room where he knew Sean's backpack was now.

He had put a spy program on Sean's device while doing his file transfer, so he wanted his fake friend to use that device again!
