Chapter 8

"Let's go. I'll take you home" I said as I took her hands and carried her in my arms again as the sparks shot through my body. I ignored them and ran straight towards her house. A while later i dropped her infront of her house, "Thank you'' she replied, i didn't want to leave her just not yet, when i had just found her but i couldn't take her with me as i had something more important to do and i know she must've felt the same so i gently cupped her face and left a gentle kiss on her lips and i swear to god, it was the very first kiss and the best kiss i have had in my entire life as she tasted like caramel melting in my mouth And i bet she would be the bestest thing i would be tasting my entire life.

I could feel her body tense as I separated myself from her, "Don't worry I'll come get you soon." And before she could say anything to stop me I left. I went straight to where Tyler had been waiting for me. He informed me about the details as we both left soon to finish what we had eventually come up for.

I had been doing my best to focus on my work as Tyler had been explaining to me about the details he had found out but my mind had already drifted towards the fine beauty I had just met a while ago. Even though it had only been an hour or so, I already had started missing her like crazy. I missed her smell, her touch and most of all the kiss that had enchanted a spell to me.

"Xander?!" Tyler called as I looked at him. "What's wrong? I have been calling you for half a minute" He said as I took a deep breath, "Nothing ``I said before focusing on the work in hand.

Just like that a month had passed and I would be lying to say that I have had one night of peaceful sleep. I had missed everything about her and to sleep without her in my arms was like sleeping on a cold floor even though I was on the most comfortable bed. My work out here had finally come to an end and it was time I took her home. 'Our home' , I wondered. Even the thought of us living together building a home together had my heart beating like a drum. I had already informed my mom about her and that I would be bringing her home. She was really excited to meet her more than her son who hasn't been home for more than a month.

I couldn't control myself anymore, I wanted to look at her beautiful face, to feel her and to breathe in all her scent. I hurriedly rushed to her house only to find out that she's not home. I then rushed to her college and even from afar I could already smell her intoxicating smell. I followed the smell which led me to an ongoing class and without thinking I barged in to look for my mate, I found her eyes staring at me in shock. I smirked as i Heard her hiss at other girls and made my way closer to her. I then held her hand as sparks shot all over my body and without thinking about anything I pulled her out of the class.

I kept on walking without stopping with her when suddenly she called my name, "Xander" and I stopped. I could have done anything just to hear my name from her lips over and over again. I slightly placed my hands on her face as I saw her worried eyes.

"Let's go" I said as I took her hands on mine again. "Where?!" She asked.

"Our home" I said with a big smile on my lips at the thought of it.

After I brought her to my house and introduced her to my mom, I received important news from my beta as I had to rush over soon, leaving her in my mom's care. I had wanted to show her around myself, the place where I grew up, the place which was going to be our home but I got caught up with something important and I had to leave her all alone. I did everything possible to finish my work faster so that i could go back to her but Ash fighting with me in my head asking me to go back to our mate was making it more difficult.

I could have just gone home but being the Alpha of the pack, I had greater responsibility towards all the people who had sworn their loyalty to me and as much as I wanted Arianna right now, even if they wanted to be with their families. After the work was done I rushed home, mom told me that Arianna had been resting in my room so I decided to go straight up in my room and be with my mate but yet again I couldn't find her and by the sound of it, she was probably having a shower. The thought of her body probably wet had already left me aroused. My mate was just behind a piece of wood fully naked. I tried hard to think of something else as I started ruffling here and there trying to distract myself as much as possible when I suddenly heard her.

I turned my head to find her freshly out of the shower in one of my t-shirts. She looked absolutely ravishing Infront of me with her wet hair as my shirt barely tried to cover her. I tried hard not to grab her and throw her to bed this instant. She was testing my patience with every second as she stood in front of me half naked. My desire and my hunger for her was increasing each passing second as I looked deep into her eyes.
