Came the dawn of a new day and along with it new hopes and aspirations with evelyn fluttering her eyelids open as she squinted her hazy blurry sight blinded by the piercing rays of sunlight pouring through the window to her room, yesterday had truly been an unforgettable experience that she had immediately retired to her quarters completely exhausted from its unforeseen events.

Along the way she had noticed how none of the students seemed to throw mockery words relating to her weird screaming at the cafeteria with even Matilda refusing to comment about it.

it made her wonder if perhaps their memory of the experience were erased also, perhaps Leonard had cast a spell to erase everyone's memories of yesterday's happenings? she questioned wishing it was so, distracting her from her pressing thoughts was her roommate Matilda who was staring at her reflection through a small mirror attached to the walls putting on lipstick, dolling up herself for a date perhaps?

"You aren't going for classes today?." She questioned earning a nod of affirmation from Matilda

"What time is it?." Evelyn questioned rubbing her sleepy eyes trying to adjust her blurry sight with her gaze on Matilda

"Last I checked 7:30 am." she replied before turning around and asking with a smile "How do I look?"

"Beautiful," Evelyn said with a slight smile making a perfect gesture with her fingers, she couldn't deny Matilda looked exceptionally beautiful today, with the way she was all dressed up she doubted any sane man would be able to resist her charms.

"Well word around school is that Leonard just created a gang with Liam and Jeremy being part of it, I don't know if its true, but if it is I intend to join, this way I can be closer to Leon and get him to notice me."

"WHAT?!" Evelyn yelled out in perplexion, the girl before her was truly difficult to understand, joining a gang just because of a crush?, was she really that naive and dumb not to realize the gravity behind the meaning of the word gang?, was she really willing to risk her wellbeing and safety all for a boy, a narcissistic boy who doesn't love her?, she questioned inwardly, now that she thought of it She couldn't help but wonder if perhaps like Leonard both Liam and Jeremy where lycans being that the three were always seen together.

"Oh don't be like that miss goody two shoes, people join gangs all the time, it really isn't as serious as people make it out to be, and besides I need to earn money," she said with an eye roll

"How much coke did you have last night?." Evelyn asked holding back the urge to burst out in laughter at her roommate's stupid delusional and naive thinking, it seemed the popular saying of love can blind a person was indeed true after all "Think this through Matilda, is he really worth it? worth your safety?." she asked with a frown

"Asshole," she muttered before slumping hard on her bed contemplating if or not to attend classes today, because quite frankly she doubted she was ready to meet with Leonard or Asher for that matter, she needed time to adjust.
