349 I Have Been Waiting

"This is pretty good," Ava spoke as she ate the food that Matthew cooked. "What is this?"

Matthew had a smug smile on his face as he said, "Istrian fuži with truffles. A food popular in Croatia."

"You have been to Croatia?" Francheska asked. However, Matthew didn't even bother to look at her. He was just staring at Ava, smiling.

"Do you want more?"

"How about you?" Ava asked.

"I already had enough." Matthew actually had some but he quickly finished it. Now, he was enjoying his wine in the middle of the afternoon because… why not?

Jude on the other hand had an embarrassed look on his face. The pizza that he 'tried' to make wasn't exactly as good as he expected. However, Francheska still ate it without any complaints. Now, he could only watch Ava and Matthew ate something that looked really appetizing.
