"That son of a -"

"Stop!" I exclaimed when Reeko began to swear. I told him the whole story of how I met Fraser and how he planned to get revenge with my parents.

"It's not your fault then why is he trying to make your life miserable? I will surely deal with him!"

"No, you will surely not," I rushed out. "The last thing I want is for him to attack our pack! I want to plan smartly for this," I said with determination. "He hasn't made any move yet, which is scaring the hell out of me!"

"Are you seriously the Luna's daughter? Because they never say anything along the lines of what you said! And what do you mean, you plan to defeat him? By killing him? You know if your mate dies, you die too!"

"No, I don't," I stated firmly, my wolf growling at the thought of having our mate dead. "The moon goddess gave my mother's bloodline extra power to survive through a mate's loss. Since I am her daughter, I won't die. But it still hurts."
