Athena sat in her room, this was the 2nd day since she lost her mother. 

Her life was shattered and battered, chels was sitted by her side still trying to cheer her up but Athena sat like a baby on the floor of her room, she kept on reminiscing on the good momenta she had with her parents before she lost them both.

She regretted her decision of not staying at home, her thoughts were interrupted by Calen who entered the room.

Leave us he said and chels nodded slowly before exiting the room, her eyes still on the body of the girl when won't move.

Athena, Calen called out slowly as he squatted before her.

Aren't you been to hard on yourself? Calen asked 

No am not she whispered as the tears rushed down her eyes.

I wasn't here for her when she most needed me, Athena said

Calen wiped off her tears, and hugged her. Don't worry it will be fine okay

I and Owen will certainly find who the murderer is he said as he stroked her back slowly.

It's been a week since Mrs Maslow's death, they were no cases or any sign of the killer.

Athena was in her home packing up her last stuffs. The past days taught her one thing, that she has to be strong and the longer she stayed in havens pack, the shorter her life span.

Owen and Calen tried convincing her to stay in the pack but she refused because she knew she might see the next full moon if she lasted in haven pack.

 Mr maslow relatives from other pack visited few days ago and left Athena penniless. They believed only males could succed the fathers wealth..

She entered her mum's wardrobe when she was through and said her goodbye when a paper sticking out of the wall caught her attention.

She pulled it out and decided to read it to know its content.

Athena broke down and began to wail, of course her mother was after loots but it was for her own good, For her to have a better life.

She knew Dad's fortune will go to his family.

After hours of crying, Athena stood up, dipped her hands into the wall and brought out a key.

She smiled wearily as she walked towards the store in her parents room which has always been locked.

She inserted the key into the lock and twisted it, her eyes widened slowly and she gasped as soon as she opened the door.

It was filled up with dollars, coins. Expensive jewelries and assorted dresses.

Athena sighed and closed it back, she quickly ran downstairs.

Got an extra bag and made sure she packed everything in the room into the bag.

She smiled as she looked at her mansion for the last time, indeed she had good memories here and also bad ones.

Cindy barked and jumped on athena, not excluding Cutie that meowed and rubbed itself around her.

Of course, I won't leave you guys. Athena said slowly

And you think I will let you go alone! a voice said from behind Athena.

Chels Athena screamed as she hugged her.

Now get your butt into that seat and drive me away from here chels said as she broke the hug.

Athena smiled and opened the back seat for cindy and cutie.

 The drive to Krystyal was almost 8 hours.

What about Owen? How is he coping with you not around Athena asked.

Fine Athena, Owen kinda made off with a theta ( theta's are wolves that are mostly found in the hospital taking care of wounded hunters or assasins) and that theta turned 18 3 days back and she was Owens mate.

Athena pulled and marched the brakes in a haste.

Moreover, I already planned to follow you to Krystyal, so am not bothered right now

Athena sighed and pushed the gear and drove off.

Lewis paced round his room In anger, the moon goddess cursed me he said and hit his table.

The girl who he saw in his dreams was nowhere to be found.

Alpha, beta Charles called and opened the door.

The Rogue wolves are at it again he said.

Call in the Eta's (warriors) and the Kappa (leader of the hunter) lewis yelled and he could feel his monster wanting to come out.

I want all the Rogue wolves dead, spare no one he commanded and sat down 

Where the hell is my Luna? He yelled.

Omg, the girls exclaimed as they stood in front of the mansion before them. It was a bungalow that was so breathtaking 

I was sad that we would be leaving your very beautiful mansion but am speechless 😶 now, chels said slowly her eyes roaming around it.

The little fence is so beautiful Athena said smiling 😊

They began to unpack slowly; they entered a room which had Athena's name written in pink. 

Awwwnn, your parents really prepared for your return Chels said.

I think we should just use the master bedroom since we are two.

So you planned on leaving here alone chels said.

No of course, I am going to lease it out to larger families and rent a small cabin across the street, Athena said

Wow, am really happy I came with you Chels said.

So do we have to meet the Alpha? Chels asked.

Probably, Athena said as she came out of the back door to the garden, Cutie and Cindy are really enjoying the new environment she added as she saw the dog and cat chasing butterflies and wall geckos .

*Gunshot* *wolf whimpers*

What was that? Athena asked Chels who nodded negatively depicting she has no idea.

Lets go and check it out, Athena said and they moved to the front yard.

Chels screamed as she saw a wounded wolf ontop their car.

What the hell, Athena exclaimed as she tried to move closer to examine the wolf when a rogue wolf jumped in front of her

Aarrrrrrrgggghhhh chels yelled as she rushed to pull Athena away.

They quickly ran inside the house and locked the door. 

What's Happening? Chels asked.

Quick, get the back door Athena yelled and they quickly rushed towards it and locked.

Cutie and Cindy were by the door, they were frightened.

Huh, I almost had an heart attack Chels said as she sat gently on the floor.

What's that all about? Athena asked slowly and rushed to the window.

Oh no, the black wolf is trying to kill the one that fell on the car.

I have to help him Athena said as she grabbed a bat and quickly ran out.

Please come back chels yelled but Athena was out already hitting the black wolf.

Stay away from him she yelled as she hit the wolf.

The wolf growled at her and jumped out.

He did not hurt you Chels said slowly 

He is terribly injured, lets help him Athena said as they try to raise the injured wolf.

Alpha, the rogues were defeated and we had only few injured Eta's but we did not find kian. The beta said

What? How comes. Kian, he is a strong person Lewis said as he growled.

There is no way he is dead, search everywhere. Make sure he is found Lewis said.

Also Alpha, the Maslow's are here. I heard it from the gamma's who live across the pack house.

Hmm interesting, finally they are back to their pack lewis said slowly as he had a little memory of him playing with a little girl with brunette hair and hazel eyes.

I wonder if she still remembers me, Lewis said slowly

What did you say? His beta asked and he just nodded sideways.

Nothing he muttered and his beta left.

My little sunshine Lewis said as he held a picture of a little him and a young girl

Hold his legs steady Athena told chels who held his leg.

Athena sewed his wound and cleaned him.

He is indeed a strong One Chels said as they sat to have dinner.

Am sure he will be fine by tomorrow Athena said

Moreover, before I forget I have something to tell you. Athena said to chels who smiled.

Chels eyes popped out when Athena told her of her mum's loot and treasure.

By the time, Athena was done telling her, she was drooling.

The morning breeze was cool and refreshing, Athena yawned and stood up

She laughed when she saw a dishelleved Chels.

She flossed and took her bath before heading to prepare breakfast 

She served it on the table and went to check up on the wolf from the other day, but to her dismay she saw something else.
