"HALF OF THESE SKILLS ARE USELESS. STUPID PIECE OF S**T GAME!" I squealed, rolling across the virtual grasses. However, considering all of these skills were free, I couldn't complain too much. plus at least three of these skills have some use. I'll save using these skills for another time though, I'm way too done with this game to play this buggy as hell mess.

[LOGGING OUT...]

After turning the game off, I shut off my SkyVisor and sat down on my bed, taking a deep breath. I stared at my pillow, pondering what would become of the mess of a game I decided to play and went to sleep.

When I awoke, I immediately got onto my computer to search the forums. I couldn't have been the only one having so many issues, right? As the forum loaded up, I saw article after article pop up.

"Live Universe Is A Buggy Mess"

"Why You Shouldn't Play Live Universe"

"Dupe Glitch in Live Universe???"

"Got Banned for 'Flying' when I was on the ground, please help!"

"Rat models keep turning inside out"

"The game won't let me choose my race!"

"Why is there no tutorial?"

"I got stuck with no class, now I can't do anything anymore"

Etc. Etc.

It had seemed that many bugs had arisen during the launch of Live Universe, and things weren't looking too good for the game. It seemed like such a shame that such a promising game had such a bad start. Then again, it was developed and published by Beethesduh, who were known for their buggy games and sub-par launches. Only time could tell what was to happen to Live Adventure.

Despite all the bug reports and interesting finds, I had yet to find a single forum post on LUK-Based Skills, like the ones I had. But why was this? Perhaps Skills were generated randomly? but that wouldn't explain the base class skills and already revealed skills that had been posted on forums by Beta Testers before. So why then did I have skills that no one else had? Was it possible that I was the only person with this high of luck? was it perhaps to do with my race? I had so many questions that couldn't be answered. I took a deep breath and loaded Live Universe onto my SkyVisor

[LOGGING IN...]

I looked around the open field, back to where I had stopped my escapade. Then, a pop-up appeared on my screen, alerting me of a message sent to me by JeanPierre.

[INSTANT MESSAGE]

"Yo, Terry! I completely neglected the starter quests, so do you wanna go do them with me? It'll be more fun that way. if you do want to, meet me at the quest giver, in the starting town Floria."

I thought it'd be fun to join JeanPierre, so I agreed and went to the quest marker on my map, and hopped into a Biscord chat with JeanPierre.

"Yo, Terry, are you ready to do the quest?" JeanPierre said, after joining the chat.

"Yeah, but I'm going to mute up for a bit to listen to what the quest giver has to say, alright?" I respond.

"Yeah, I'll do that too. @ me when you've gone through the entire cutscene" JeanPierre returned.

I muted my headset on Biscord and looked over to the NPC, named Agatha

"Oh, wondrous hero! please heed my call. the land of Litvia is in grave danger from horrible monsters ravaging our lands. the Demon Lord has captured my daughter, please save her! though you seem a little undergeared to take it on, please, visit the blacksmith to get some better gear, and come back to me when you've finished." Agatha said to me, in a very dramatic tone.

It was the usual fantasy schpeal. I wasn't expecting much from the first VRMMO anyways, considering this is more or less the gateway for newer, better games. I will admit that the story was almost meta, considering the genericity of it. but I followed the NPCs instructions and headed towards the blacksmith...

I hope you enjoyed that real basic lore there. I know it's basic and all, but I thought it would be funny with how the way things are going.
