chapter 98 Glared at her

It was really weird because no matter how much she drank,she would always recall what ever happened the previous day but now she couldn't even remember how she reached her house or what else happened that night.

She sighed removing all thought from her head,she was going to work and couldn't afford going late so she locked you,her house and first off went to buy herself a hangover drink to make her head pain reduce.

And with that she took a taxi and went over to the company,she entered inside and could recognize some familiar faces as they had welcomed her warmly the last time she was here,on the other side where the supposed intern who had come for the interview,she thought back to how she got a call to come to the company as the date was moved to Saturday,she could only use 10minutes to get ready,it was all weird because she was the only one who interviewed on Saturday,every other person was here today and we're to work as an intern in the company.

But not only was she interviewed on Saturday she was alsogiven the role of his assistant.

Did he by chance recognized her when they first met..,if he did why hadn't he said anything.

She stood in front of the elevator and it was full,just how many people used this elevator, can't someone sacrifice their legs and use the stairs.

She wouldn't and couldn't use it again,it was a whole new level of work to run up that stairs,she would instead wait for the elevator to come back,at least she still had at most 20 minutes before work.

She was still standing there when she realized they was actually another elevator...

Wah..,there was another elevator here the whole time and i had used the stairs previously,she thought.

She clearly didn't see it earlier,she quickly strodded over to the elevator and entered, just as she elevator was about to enter a large hand stopped it and entered inside.

It was freaking Ayden..

He didn't stare at her but looked forward with a cold expression.

She could hear whispers from the people around.

See I told you she was trying to seduce him..

She really is a vixen,just because she is pretty doesn't mean she can stand near him...

Who gave her the guts to go into his personal elevator..

And yes all this voices were those of her gender,and we're clearly heard by both Ayden and Alexa,Alexa who had heard that it was his personal elevator was shocked,she had no idea and didn't think much about why the elevator was empty she just entered.

Am sorry,I had no idea,I'll leave,she said but he had already pressed the closed button.

Stay..,his deep domineering voice was heard and the hairs on her neck stood.

She stood in front while he was at the other side at her back standing firm,she could see him from the closed door of the elevator as it was glass,he noticed her looking at him through the glass and looked at her..,it was more like a glare,she quickly averted her gaze but she clearly saw that the other side of his eyes seemed smaller than the other or was she seeing things...

She looked at him again and he looked back and she averted her eyes.

Do you want to say something,he asked.

Um.no..i mean yes I do want to ask you something if you don't mind..

He was about to respond when the elevator finally opened.

Did she finally remember what happened last night..,and their lips touching.

It would be better if she remembered it so she would have to treat him for almost blinding him..

He stepped out and she followed behind,he was about entering his office when they saw secretary Kim going out.

You're going for the interview,he asked and she nodded.

It'll take a while so I'll come give you the names and qualifications of those who would qualify,she said and he smiled,she returned the smile and walked away nodding lightly to Alexa as she passed her.

Alexa clearly wasn't blind,she clearly see how he smiled at her and she obviously returned the smile.

Was there something between them that she didn't know about..

No wonder,she was the one he had brought to the masquerade ball that night,she remembered and her face darkened as she followed him unit the office.

He went and sat down looking up at her saying"so what is it?,he asked.

Yeah..it's about the interview happening,I was just curious as to why I was here on Saturday and everyone else is here today..,also I didn't even get interviewed but still got a clean position as your PA,she said and he cocked his brows awaiting the question in the story she had just read.

I just wanted to know why it took place that way...

He was silent for a while before saying"I only expect the best from the people I work with and I got your credentials it looked clean,so you were suitable for the job..,he replied and it made sense but that didn't explain why she came on such short notice.

She hadn't actually planned to work as his assistant,her initial aim was the internship program happening do she could learn a lot,though bring by his side was a bonus because..duh he made this company and obviously knew more but everything was strange.

She still had a few more questions to ask but she didn't want to sound stupid and also she had being given the job so she would just do it.
