chapter 47 Jealous

So.. do you forgive me?,she asked unsure and he hummed lightly.

Prove it,she said not seeming to believe him.

I should prove it?,he asked with his beautiful sculpted brow raised up.

Hmm,she nodded vigorously and with that he used his hand to lift her face up so she was facing him,he lowered his head a little and planted a kiss on her lips.

The entire class was in awe,most of them seemed jealous while others were praying to get a boyfriend like Ayden, meanwhile Alexa who had not expected him to kiss her in front of everybody flushed pink as she lowered her head and didn't utter another word.

Let's go home,he said and she nodded and went to get her bag while still facing the ground as she didn't want to be seen with flushed face.

they left the school environment as the exam for the day was over,as they were outside Alexa suddenly punched him on his hand.

You..,she said as she was short of word.

Why would you do that,everyone saw that.., I'll have to hide my face from now on,she said with a sigh.

What's wrong if I kiss my girlfriend,am I not supposed to?..,he asked as he moved closer to her.

I..I don't mean that,what am saying is that you shouldn't have done it when everyone was looking.

You were the one who asked to prove that I was no longer angry and I did just that,he said and she was quiet as he had managed to make her shut up.

By the way I was just showing them that you are mine and mine alone,I saw clearly how Kristen looked at you...,he said and held her hand as they continued walking.

And which that she remembered the way he looked at her when Kristen sat down close to her.

So Ayden was jealous she thought with a smile.

Let's go to your place,she said and he gave her a questioning look.

Mom won't be around and I don't wanna stay alone,she explained and he hummed lightly as they walked hand in hand while talking.

I wouldn't say that,he replied and she furrowed her brows.

I wasn't jealous because he sat down close to you...I was actually not happy with the stares he gave you,he explained and she smiled coyly.

so that mean you were jealous because he was staring at me?,she asked showing off her perfect white teeth and her smile which made her face look even more pretty.

whatever you wish,he said and continued walking.

what do you want to eat?,he asked but she didn't reply,he turned his head only to find out that she had stopped walking a while ago and she was sitting at the side of the road,he walked up and sat close to her.

what's the problem now,he asked and she stared at him before turning her head the other way,she didn't want to talk to him and so she was ignoring him.

There was silence for a while before he suddenly spoke up"when I walked into school today I overheard Kristen and his friends talking about you,they said all stuff about his plan to ask you out the last day of exams,it was not pleasant for me to hear them talk about you like that,I wanted to go tell him off but he said something about his mom being friends with your mom and the fact that they might set you guys up on a date in order to collab in their business then I started wondering where do I come in he said with a pause before he continued.

when the exam came to an end,I saw that you were probably exhausted and I wanted to come over..then I saw him and I couldn't stand it so I went out of the class.

You couldn't bare the sight of another guy wanting to flirt with me but you didn't come up to say anything..,she said with a sigh.

Ayden..you are very special to me and that is why I feel the way I feel for you..,I may not know much about you,your human parents and all but I trust you have a reason for not talking about it..

Ayden if not for you I will not know the true cause of my father's death,I will still be in the dark and thinking my life was okay but it was all as charade..all a game to be the perfect daughter..the perfect family..,thank you for being in my life,she said as she could feel her eyes tear up.

He smiled warmly at her before pulling her in for a hug.

c'mon let's go,I suddenly feel hungry, Alexa said trying to lighten up the mood as she stood up.

inside Ayden's home,Alexa was comfortably lying on the couch as she awaited the food he wanted to cook for her.

Ally,Ally I want an apple,she whined like a baby as he appeared from the stairs.

He walked down the stairs with a white shirt and black pants,he looked really dashing even in regular clothes,she couldn't help but wonder how lucky she was to have caught the most good looking fish in the big ocean.

I don't have any women's dressing here, you'll have to manage this,he said.

And also why did you call me Ally just now?,he added.

It's my new nickname for you,she said with a sweet smile and he couldn't help pinching her cheeks.

Ow.it hurts,she said and slapped away his hand and with that she went into the bathroom and changed into Ayden cloth,she brought it up to her nose and inhaled deeply,his scent was on the cloth even though it was washed and she loved it,the t-shirt was long enough to cover her thigh as it stopped at her knee.

She walked out of the bathroom and entered the living room but didn't see Ayden,she heard sound in the kitchen and assumed he was finally cooking.

she walked into the kitchen and saw that he was peeling an apple for her,she snuck behind him and hugged him from his back,her sweet fragrance entered his nose.

Ally am hungry,she said and he turned to look at her..
