chapter 3

I worked until 8pm which was the time the office usually closes, I packed my things up and got ready to leave I found my boss still working and hesitated whether to tell him it was closing time or leave him to work , I stood still for some minutes and decided to just tell him, he was still my boss and I am his secretary even though I'm afraid of him slightly well not afraid just nervous I guess, I walked up to his desk and spoke.

" sir it's closing time and I-i-i just wanted to inform you incase you had any other plans" I said barely stuttering, he looked up at me and replied with a "hmmmm" I turned around and left the office through his personal elevator that was restricted except for him and his secretary, I left the building and started looking for a cab, I finally got one, gave the driver my address and we zoomed off home ,my phone tinged, it was a message from my best friend, she's currently staying in Italy for her holiday.

" hey there " was her message

"I'm fine how are you "

" I'm doing fabulous and I have got to say the men here in Italy are just spectacular"

" oh wow I can't believe you texted me to tell me how hot Italian men are"

" oh darling you know I'm a sucker for hot men" I knew that and they were a sucker for her too Beth was beautiful, she had forest green eyes, sharp features, her hair colour was a dark brown and she had plump pink lips, we kinda had a striking resemblance except my eyes were a deep ocean blue and I had dark hair and red lips,

" hmmm I do know that and when will you leave Italy and its hot men"

" Ugh I dunno wanna leave but I know I have too so maybe next week"

" that's great and also another thing I got a promotion at work "

" OMG I'm so happy for you love "

" yh I'm happy too"

" so what's your new promotion"

" I got promoted to our CEO'S secretary"

" uhm who's your CEO again"

" Raymond carter"

"what the fuck "

"you mean the raymond Carter, ceo of RC industries, she continued

"uhm yeah that Raymond"

"holy fuck "

"what what " I texted feeling uneasy with all of her exclamations

"he is gorgeously hot , I mean most eligible bachelor hot "

"I know that" I said getting out of the cab, it was already parked in front of my house, I paid the man and got inside.

"hey sis how was first day at work" mia said smiling brightly at me.

" it was great also... I'm now the CEO's secretary " I said and she squealed.

" you don't mean Raymond carter" she said getting up from the chair she was sitting on and practically ran to meet him, what's up with this guy and women .

" yeah that raymond " she squealed again.

" sis he's the hottest thing since well anything hot"

" I can't believe you it you too me and Beth were just texting and she was squealing the same way you are"

" why wouldn't we he's the epitome of beauty itself I'm sure God created him specially"

" don't you have school to go to tomorrow" I say not wanting to continue the talk about my boss

" oh sis your already showing possessiveness over your boss okay, I won't drag him from you I already have a boyfriend"

" who" I aid inquisitively

"well the only guy I've had eyes on for a while " she said proudly

" wait you mean trish"

" yup" we both squealed

" Im so happy for you sis we'll talk about it tomorrow right now I'm bushed" I said quickly going up stairs.

" Goodnight sis " she yelled " don't dream about your boss too much" she continued, I ignored her and went to my room and took a shower, i climbed on my bed and grabbed my phone, I saw a message from beth it read : you have got to give me details I'll call you tomorrow. good night.

I shook my head and dropped my phone on the table, crazy people I've got crazy people in my life , I thought and slept off.
