THE WAR

In a palace the supposed golden walls had been dyed red with blood bodies strewn about some missing their heads gone and even some having their bodies slashed in half, sitting atop a pile of such bodies was a man with black hair, red eyes and a pulsating red blade stuck into one of the corpses facing the ceiling.

"Cain the destroyer, the god of destruction you have been charged with treason "a man with long twisted horns entered the room although he sounded irritated, he did not look angry and just stood at the entrance "do not make me fight you Cain".

The man he addressed as Cain did not respond but he did look in the man's direction, as though competing with the blood his red gleamed as he stared at the man who just entered.

"Lord Cain- "

"Be silent humanity no longer requires the god's blessings to be happy, just be happy I don't want to kill you "The ones who had followed the horned man rushed at him with their weapons out, weapons of which Cain just avoided as he grabbed unto their heads and crushed them." Is this your best? god of dragons "

"you are the strongest human god in existence ...i haven't even started "The mans body started to contort and swell as smoke poured from his pores.

Elsewhere in the city it seemed that they weren't the only ones engaged in mortal combat.

"Can't you see that Cain's just trying to use you?" A man said as he dodged a kick to the stomach

" I don't really care as long as lord Cain praises me I don't really care if he kills me later "

" you crazy little " he grunted as he blocked the attackers berserker like swings .

" im going to kill you " one of his attackers eyes started to glow red and so did the edge of his blade as his swings started to posses a sharp red aura .

"The heck he gave you his blessing too?" his attacker didn't respond as they tried take off the others head , the tower behind them suddenly collapsed and a dragon could be seen flying out colliding with something far smaller than itself as they slammed into the ground and the dragons head could be seen getting knocked to the side .

" hahaha I'm stronger than the god of war" he cackled as he slammed his fists down on the dragons head and the ground shook from the impact ,this war lasted for a hundred years and then.

" I the dragon king bring before the council Cain the god of destruction " kneeling on the floor with his arms suspended and his head down was a wounded and blood stained vestige of the man named Cain who remained completely still, soon a large no large doesn't properly describe it a giant had entered the hall and the ground vibrated with his every step due to his sheer size ,all murmuring was stopped until this man reached a throne matching his stature and sat down .

" The council may now begin the sentencing of the god of destruction…Cain" his voice was deep as it reverberated to the entire hall ,at the sound of this voice Cain flinched and raised his head and spoke

" Well, well, well if it isn't the elder god himself do you dare judge me ?"

" You lost the war Cain you Will be judged by the council " Cain immediately burst into laughter causing the chains to jolt as he tried to stand up .

" You cannot break those chains Cain"Cain just smirked

" Is that a challenge elder god?"before he could attempt to move again he was smacked in the head by the man with horns…well a horn as one of them seemed to have been broken off .

" Stay your hand god of destruction your sentence isn't going anywhere" Cain growled at him but ultimately decided to stay in place with that same smirk on his face. The giant cleared his throat as he spoke once more

"Lord Cain the god pf destruction shall be stripped of his status and power and become human for 200,000 years before being destroyed "Cain did not reacted as expected to his sentence and even yawned in boredom that was until the dragon king drove his spear into his back, he screamed in pain and his eyes started to shine red as he roared , this caused many of the lesser gods to start to bleed from their orifices and some to collapse .

He snapped the chains as he rose and some of the gods rushed over to hold him down as he screamed yet again and launched the gods from the platform ,now fully un restrained he leapt from the platform towards the giant god as he stretched out his hand to call for his weapon only for more chains to wrap themselves around him.

" I will see you all dead do you hear me I the god of destruction will see you bleed "The man on the throne looked calm as he spoke again.

" What is this about Cain what fuels your anger against us is it Mona?"Once again the chains had proven their inability to restrain the god of destruction as he swung out his hand and split the ground as well .

" You dare to speak her name in front of me? You dare destroy her soul in front of me? You dare? I will rend your head from its shoulders " Faster than any god he slammed his fist into the mans face, the entire hall shook from the shockwaves generated however the man in the throne seemed unmoved

"You have already been stripped of more than half of your power lord Cain you cannot fight me " Cain payed the man no heed as he struck the man again and again with each shockwave taking a piece of the building

" Stop this Cain you're wasting your time".

"I am the god of destruction you do not command me elder god". The man on the throne juts swatted him off as though he was nothing but an insect ,as hid body slammed into the ground and created a small carter around him as his body bounced slightly, this only served to slow Cain down as he rose to his feet almost immediately.

With a Neutral expression the man on the throne sighed as he rose and his eyes started to glow " Enough of this foolishness" he said as beams fired from his eyes at Cain the blasts were so wide there was no room to dodge so Cain jumped straight into the blast in one last attempt to strike the god

"I will return do you hear me ? I will have your head I will-" His body faded to dust juts inches from the gods face as did his last words and the place was silent for a few moments before the dragon god spoke cleared his throat and spoke.

" The god of destruction Cain had received his sentence the trial is concluded" The gods disbursed and the dragon god gave one last look at the place where Cain once stood.

" you may as well have been one of the strongest gods yet look at how you turned out goodbye..old friend

With this the humans who had been blessed by Cain also received punishment as some lost their powers, some ran mad and a vast majority turned into monsters and are now generally called Cain's children .
