He offers to set her free, convinced that she's some heir to a very wealthy family in the kingdom of Algarve, in return, she has to reward him handsomely after she has claimed her rightful position. Hazel agrees despite the doubt about the warden's theory. Her goal is to find the person behind her family's demise and her false accusatory. On her search for the perpetrator, she comes across a claim on her as a supposed heir to the Algarve throne and a certain prince that turns her world upside down. He's the brother to the man Hazel has sworn to destroy and he would do anything for his family. Hazel has nothing to loose and is ready to chase after her revenge with everything she has, even if it means going against the royal family of Kragon. Misdirected hostility

Hazel rode her brown mare a few steps behind the Prince's black one. Leo understood her reason so he didn't push her any further, but he had more plans to frustrate the woman like she had done to him.

Meanwhile, Hazel was deep in thought, barely recognising her surroundings. She was wondering if master Finley was really the person she knew from her childhood or the person she was seeing now. It was all confusing because growing up, she would even think what a wonderful thing it would be if she had a father like master Finley. He was her role model and played a huge part in her life. Apart from her uncle and her neighbours back in Drakin, Finley was the closest adult she had.

But now… now it was like she never knew him at all, or he had transformed to this man who was suddenly too mysterious and unreadable. He had always been mysterious, but right now it felt unrecognisable.
