"What the hell???!!!!!!!"

All the expression left Li Xiao's face. She fell on the chair right in front of her.

Ling Chuanli (Okay, didn't expect that coming).

"W...wh...why ?" Li Xiao asked.

"Because my parents asked me to get married in a day or else they'll take away my company" Ling Chuanli said.

"I've told you because you asked" Chuanli said.

"It's easy , you only have to marry me, simple , it's not a death sentence. if it was any other girl they would have agreed in a heartbeat" Chuanli said.

"But I'm not any other girl!!" Li Xiao said and stood up .

"I can't marry you and that's final" Li Xiao said walking away.

"Okay then, your personal company and your new career will both be at risk if you walk out of this building without signing these papers" Chuanli said with no emotions.

Li Xiao halted in her steps but didn't turn to face him.

"But if you marry me, which even I don't want to happen. I'll help you with both your personal company and your new career!" Chuanli said.

Li Xiao turned and walked towards him.

"I have conditions, if you are going to marry me" Li Xiao said.

"I'm listening?!!!" Ling Chuanli said and waved his hands for his men to leave.

"First, you won't interfere in my personal life and business and I won't interfere in your's.

Second, you have to keep this whole marriage thing as a secret.

Third, whatever happens to me is not your business. That's all." Li Xiao said.

"Okay, now for my own condition!" Ling Chuanli said.

"Okay?" Li Xiao said.

"We have to live together!" Ling Chuanli said.

Li Xiao was shocked.

"N..n..no, that can't happen" Li Xiao said looking into his eyes.

Second, no one is allowed to stay out till 12:30 pm and the earliest that you can leave the house is by 6am.

Third, no unnecessary noise.

And lastly, we are staying in the same room." Ling Chuanli said.

"Obviously....Wait. What???!!!!!" Li Xiao said.

"We are staying in the same room!" Ling Chuanli said.

"Why... No!!!" Li Xiao said.

"We must, it will make this act believable to them" Ling Chuanli said.

"Okay, fine" Li Xiao said.

"Now lastly, you don't talk to me unless it's necessary" Ling Chuanli said.

"Obviously!!" Li Xiao said.

"You are moving in today, so go early now and come back before 12:30 or else you'll sleep on the porch" Ling Chuanli said and walked out.

"I will sleep wherever I want to! Bastard!!" Li Xiao yelled.

They signed the papers and officially got married.

Ling Chuanli assigned someone to take her back to the underground parking lot, after that he went away immediately like he was disgusted to see her face.

"Ma'am, you have wounds on your hands" One of Ling Chuanli's men said as he was driving her back to the lot.

"You don't need to worry about it, I'll be fine" Li Xiao said after she examined him and found out that he was trustable.

Li Xiao was taken back to the parking lot and she drove back home herself totally ignoring the blood and wounds on her hands.

"Li Xiao, we've been worried sick about you. How dare you make us that scared!!!" Daiyu said.

"Li, what happened to your hands?" Yichen asked worried.

"Nothing, I'm sorry but I'm moving out this night" Li Xiao said as she walked up the stairs.

"WHAT!!!!!!!!" They all yelled.

"Where are you going?"

"Why is it this night?"

"What suddenly happened?"

Her three friends bombarded her with questions. Then Yichen finally talked.

"Did you meet Ling Chuanli?" Yichen asked and all heads were turned to his direction even Li Xiao's.

Li Xiao nodded shortly.

"Pls explain to them, I'm coming to the company tomorrow so I'll expanciate on it , okay" Li Xiao said and entered her room, she packed her things in 20 minutes and went out of her room, she met all of them standing at her door.

"Bye guys" Li Xiao said and walked down the stairs.

"Bye" They said as she went out of the Villa and into her car.

She drove off to Ling Chuanli's house....

Which was ..... wait, where?!.

She halted and called Yichen.

"His house is at the Golden Realm Estate." Yichen said.

"How did.....don't bother. Thanks" Li Xiao said and hung up.

She checked the time and noticed that it was 9:00pm.

(There is still time, let me go to my company).

She drove to her company and parked in the same underground parking lot that she was taken away in.

She went upstairs and worked until 11:30, she forgot to check the time and got lost in the paperwork.

"Oh, shit!" She said and went to her car immediately after the necessary arrangements.

(The drive to his estate from here is 45mins and this is 11:45pm. OH MY GOD) Then she dove off at high speed, she broke all the speed limits.

She got to his Villa by 12:29:56.

She rushed inside with her things in just 4 seconds.

In The House.

"5....4...3....2...1"Ling Chuanli said and she entered immediately he said one.

"Right on time!" Ling Chuanli said.

"I forgot to tell you one important thing about this whole marriage thing is that we only have a year, if it doesn't work out after a year which I'm definitely sure that it won't, we'll get divorced immediately" Ling Chuanli said.

"Ok,agreed" Li Xiao said.

"My...oh sorry. Our room is the first one on the right" Ling Chuanli said.

"Ok" Li Xiao said and started walking.

"Oh, caterpillar. Don't touch my things I dislike that a lot" Ling Chuanli said.

"Of course, you would...Wait what did you just call me" Li Xiao said.

"Caterpillar, get used to it, it's easier to say and you are just like a caterpillar" Ling Chuanli said.

Li Xiao humphed and walked away.

She entered his room and met the lights switched off. She turned it on and immediately loved the room.

The decor was unique, the bedsheets was rhyming with the wall and the other decors.

She went into the closet and found an open space with no clothes there, and she put her clothes there without asking or caring. She took a quick bath and wore a free but covering night dress.

She walked to the bed and laid down without waiting for his boring decisions.

She laid down at the extreme end and put pillows between two areas in the bed.

She slept off after a while.
