2 Where Do I Find The Groom?

After a few hour of flight, they finally arrive at the Great Empire at the dusk.

From the Lee air base, they went straight to Lee mansion at the front of the mountain area. Lee mansion is located in a one huge mountain with a complete facilities like a private air strip jet, maid house, private lake and lawn and they even have a huge other area that are still have not been explored it yet.

His father use to be a private butler for the President Lee and his wife before he married his mother, that is why his father so eager to go to uncle's Lee daughter wedding ceremony.

Uncle's Lee daughters and son are also his childhood friend since he was 5 years old until he was 17 and they all are somewhat had a little bond by blood. Except for him. He totally a stranger. His is an orphan baby that his mother, Hazel took care of him since he was a baby.

He was raise up by his grandfather Jokovic until he was 5 years old, he was raise and trained by his adopt father's dad. Grandpa Ang. He lives in an island that is far from the main land.

That is where it's all begin. How he was met with the triplet and the twin and that is where he know Jye Yin. She was a daughter of one of his private teacher.

They have been friends for so long. Until he was 17, his grandfather, Jokovic start to fall ill, and he return back to Russia and took care of his grandpa until he was 18. After his grandpa's condition stable, he continue his study in Arendell and staying back with his adopt family.

Because Jye Yin is a smart student, she also move out from her country to continue her study at the same place as him. For now, he already been friends with her for roughly 22 years old.

They finally reach at Lee mansion after 10 minutes drive from the air strip based.

The mansion look so colorful with the lighting at the lawn and the preparation for the wedding look so grand.

Not only them arriving early, but a few more other business partner and a few noble family also arrive early to attend to the wedding party tomorrow.

"Andy!" Hai Rin, madam of the house greet them when they arrive at the living hall. Together with her husband, Mr. Richard Lee.

Both of them greet his family with a friendly manner.

"Is that Aslan?" Hai Rin turn to look at him.

"Yes, madam." he reply before bow his head a little.

"Oh dear, you grown up to be such a handsome boy." she said and turn to look at her husband.

"Yeah, so are so much different than the last time I saw you."

He just smile a bit.

Athena was in her own gallery from morning until it was dusk, she only return to her room at the main building house after she wrap up her work .

She tied up her long and silky hair into a bun. She only wear a baggy shirt with a tight pants. When she pass the living hall, she could hear the commotion from her mother and she also heard the word of 'Aslan.'

She stop her pace a moment. Her heart throbbing faster than it should.

"It's okay. Just act normally and everything will be alright." she calm herself down before she continue to step on the staircase.

She thought she want to sneakily go to her room without her mother notice, but before her foot touch the first staircase, her mother already call her name from behind.

"Athena. Come here and greet Uncle Andy and his family." Hai Rin turn around and look at her daughter.

Aslan startle for a moment when auntie Hai Rin call 'Athena' name. His heart race a bit and he also calm himself before he divert his eyes to the figure at the staircase, stoned for a moment.

Turning her body around, she walk over to the group. She politely greet uncle Andy and auntie Hazel before she smile to Raisya and lastly, she divert her eyes to the man that she has not seeing for almost 11 years.

"Hi." she said one word and got a reply with a one word too from him.

"Hi."

She turn back to her mother and said, "I'll be going upstairs" then she divert her eyes back to the Lu's family." Uncle and auntie, please enjoy the banquet night. Nice to meet all of you. Excuse me."

She then fled away to her room in a rush. Took a bath and change to her night attire, she called her maid to prepared her dinner in the room.

She doesn't like to be around a lot of people. So she decide to dine in her room.

In the middle of night, her sister Aurora sneaking into her room. She sit at the edge of the bed and shake Athena's body for a bit.

"Thena..Thena..wake up."

"Ermmm..What do you want?" she said in a lazy tone. Still not opening her eyes.

"I need to go.. I really am sorry. Please tell daddy that I will be back when I find him and drag him back here. I promise you." she said again.

This time Athena immediately open her eyes. She sit up and look at her sister.

"What did you say?"

Aurora smile and flick her forehead using her finger. "I'll be going now. Tell daddy that he can never catch me if he try to. Don't waste his time."

After she said that, she get up and run to her balcony before she jump out to the ground.

Aurora was so good at sneaking and she was fast too. If she said there is no use to catch her, then it's really no use.

She get up from the bed after 5 minutes Aurora fled away and then she wear her satin robe before she went to her father's room.

Knocking for a few times, there is no answer from the inside. She finally go to the living room and still didn't find her family. All the guest already sleep at the guest room as the Mansion is less clamorous and noisy than before.

She keep searching until she heard her father voice at the outside gazebo with uncle Andy, his wife and also…Aslan.

Because she need to deliver her sister message, she courage it up and go to the gazebo.

"Ehm, Mom, dad.. I had something to tell you guys..could you…" she said awkwardly when noticing all the eyes turn to her.

Yeah who won't be look at her right now, with only her night gown covered up with a satin robe and her messy hair and no make up face. Of course everyone will turn to look at her.

Hai Rin scrunch her eyebrow and Richard also feel a bit uneasy from his daughter voice before. Both of them walk over to her and ask.

"What happen dear? Did something bothering you?" Richard ask while Hai Rin look at her with a question look.

It's so not like her daughter at all to walk out in the night just to find them if there is nothing serious happen.

"Uhm..how do I put.." she divert her eyes to the ground.

"It's okay. Just tell us." Hai Rin said in gentle tone.

"Erm..Aurora..she..she.."

"Aurora, she what?" Richard take turn. His heart already racing inside.

"She said that she will go and find her husband and drag him back. I think, Yin Li abandon the wedding and Aurora went to find him."

Both of Richard and Hai Rin dumbstruck a moment.

Richard take out his phone and want to make a call to his base, but immediately Athena said again. "Dad, she said don't waste your time to chase her."

That make him stop. He go to the gazebo with an intense look in his face. Hai Rin also follow and sit down beside her husband. While Athena, she went to the gazebo and stand behind her parent.

Andy feel the air has change a bit, he turn to look at Hazel and his wife also shrugged her shoulder.

"Richard, what happen?" he finally ask when they still silent.

"I don't know how to put it into a word." he said with a regret sounded from his voice.

Andy silent for a moment and he said again "Tell us, maybe we can be any help."

Richard turn to look at him. He then divert his eyes to Aslan and then he scrunch his eyebrow

"Aslan, did you have any girlfriend right now?" Richard ask making Aslan who want drink his juice suddenly choked a bit.

"Uh.." he want to say no. But it feels like he had one. Even though he never said anything to Jye Yin, but their relationship more likely looks like a couple.

"I'm sorry, that is rude for me to ask you this question." he then turn to his daughter and ask.

"When will Zoro be back to Imperial City?"

"Uhm.. few more days."

"That's not good too." Richard pinch his space between his eyebrow.

"What happen actually?" Andy ask again.

"Our daughter, the bride for tomorrow has been run away to find the groom that also has been run away." Hai Rin finally spill out the problem they facing right now

All of them in the gazebo turn silent after hearing that.

"So, your back up plan is.."

"Adrian already married, I had only two daughter left. One already run away so the only choice I have is.." He turn to look at Athena again.

Athena know what his father mean, so she bit her bottom of lips.

'Relax..it just for helping my family. Nothing could go wrong from doing a good deed.' she try to calm her heartbeat right now.

Athena finally nod. "I'm ready dad."

Hai Rin stood up and hug her. "I'm so sorry. We had no choice." she already tears up.

"It's okay mom." she wipe her mother corner of eyes.

"One side is settled, then the problem is..where do I find the groom?" Richard finally let out his worries.
