This novel is literally just filler; they spend four chapters going back and forth over the same exact argument, rewording it slightly every time, just padding out the novel, and end on a cliff every time to make you think the next chapter would be actual story content, like it would in any other novel. I literally had to skim this to get any semblance of enjoyment from it, which is sad since it would be a good novel if they stopped adding so much filler! As it is, this novel is just SS bait, and should be ignored.
So far, this is an incredible novel! I loved how Lu Man sets off for revenge and doesn't even bother with her cheating ex-b*stered and only cares for her Mother. The characters are easily hated and oh- I can't wait for them to suffer. I quite like the MC and I do wish for them to have moments together in the mere future! Even though I've only read some chapters, I wholeheartedly recommend this! <3
This story have so many potential yet too much filler, the story progress is almost none after read 40-50 chapter, and the villain character is makes no sense at all, but the translation and writing is really good, it makes you feel the story, so for me it's 5 star to translation and writing, 1 star at character and story development
As a reader, I felt that there's something lacking the way the story written. I am not an expert in writing however in a redear's point of view I can sense that something is not quite well. I hope the author can find it and improve that area. As to the development of plot.. I can say its there and there is only a little bit of similarities to some story that I have read. I hope there will be more unique twist as the story develops. 😊
This really looks to be a very interesting story I think I just might end up liking it very much just by reading the reviews and summary. It’s definitely a story I will read for sure from start to finish! I wonder which characters I will end up hating and loving.😜 Great job translating or writing the story!!
So, this was for the longest time one of my favourite romances in this site, but after reading 1580 chapters in going to have to call it quits for now. The characters and tension used to be fun and exciting, but now the story is just getting dragged along like a bad soap opera with pointless drama and fake tension. Some might wonder why this is, and it's sacristy write easy to identify: once the main problem a story starts with had been resolved, it needs to end before it gets boring. The annoying thing is that the writing quality and characters aren't bad in any way, I just.... don't care about what'll happen anymore. Trying to force more plot into what should be a 'happily ever after' or epilogue is annoying. Also, what happened to the special abilities the heirs of the main families were supposed to have? I thought this would be important somehow
If you like No misunderstanding, Respecting Male lead and a Formidable MC, then this is your book. Lu Man is AMAZING. Simply amazing. She is undefeatable. And I love her. I admire her. Han Zhuoli is one of my fav ML. He is respecting, doting, patient, caring, MATURE, smart. Their relationship is one of the strongest. There's No heartbreak or disappointment. Both of Their relatives are adorable as well. Specislly Old Mrs. Han. I will say, its a healthy, encouraging, loving novel. Diff from what is usually found on webnovel.
I hope everything for this trashy family backfires, I DESPISE them...... Something I fail to understand in these stories are why the mistress always fell that they were wronged. YOU went after a married man, so what exactly did you think the consequences were gonna be. In the end I hope both trash mom and daughter go to JAIL!!!
