New Neighbor

"Oh, right, I think there's a new neighbor on the floor above yours," Elder Sister Mu said. "But I think the person hasn't moved in. My husband said that he keeps seeing a moving company moving furniture and the like."
As she said that, they saw a few more people carrying cardboard boxes and moving them in at once.
"These are all for the neighbor living above me?" Shi Xiaoya asked.
"Yeah." Elder Sister Mu nodded. "We only know that someone's moving in, but we've never seen the person at all."
As they all used the lift to enter their houses, with each household per level, they would not disturb each other.
It was just that if they were unlucky and got people who were uncultured as their neighbors living above or below them, they might throw parties in the middle of the night and make a ruckus.
After all, being rich did not mean that they would be cultured people.
